            I placed an order with Khaos Athletics on November 13th, 2024, on November 14th the charge went through. I hadn't heard anything for a bit and their shipping policy states they will ship within 7-14 days so I emailed them on November 25th and did not receive a response, than I reached out via online chat with them on December 3(Estimated) and asked when my order was shipped, I was told that they were having difficulties with their manufacturers and nothing else. Than on December 11th I messaged them again on their site chat and asked for an update and was told it should be resolved by the following week. I waited and still heard nothing so I messaged them on December 28th on their site and didn't get a response, messaged them again on January 3rd and received no response, and than I messaged them on January 7th on Instagram received no response, messaged them on January 8th on tik tok no response, and sent them an online support form from their website on January 8th and no response.
