    This bank is just about the worse bank I have ever dealt with a mortgage! They can never have mortgage payments correct year to year. I always have a short fall and payments end up going up about $100/month.The bank as a whole is terrible. I wish that the rates were as high as they are, because I would totally switch my mortgage to a more capable bank! Stay away from this bank nothing but headaches!

    ****************** is a member but does not have a mortgage with us in his name.  The mortgage that we believe he is referring to has had payment increases due to homeowner insurance increases and county and city tax increases.  The borrower must make additional payments to escrow to cover these costs which is part of the mortgage payment.  Our Mortgage staff will reach out to the borrower to help explain the payment adjustments.

    The debit card will randomly quit working for no reason, and of course this is one of those completely terrible institutions that cuts you off from your money, and then demands you tip toe around their hours. They can't even have basic support available outside basic hours. It doesn't matter that they are stealing your money, and yes, it is theft, or conversion, to wrongfully keep someones property.

    We are very sorry that you have had difficulty with access using your debit card.  A review of your account shows that you had two occasions where your card transactions triggered our fraud monitoring service.  When a transaction is outside of your normal card use active, a temporary block is placed on the card until the transaction can be confirmed by the cardholder (you)as valid or invalid.  ************ is designed to protect our cardholders from fraudulent transactions.  When a temporary block is placed, our staff or the network (in the evening hours) will immediately attempt to contact the cardholder at the number of record.   It is important to respond to the notifications as quickly as possible, as well as keep your contact information current. 


    When the block is placed on a valid transaction, it can be an inconvenience, until you realize it is a protective measure.

    This bank wants to be on the first pages of ****** at the expense of customers' time! I have set automatic payment via online account - But that's not enough for them... They need you to open your account all the time... and if you don't, they close your account!!! A more idiotic version can't even be imagined...Next step - I'm trying to sign up again because I still have to pay my loan...checking the phone number in step 5 never works on their site...I called several times - they gave me a phone number where I should text to get the code...that didn't work either...calling again I find out it's not the correct number they gave me...sending again, no code... I called again and waited on the line again for them to tell me that the code would be sent within an hour... It's just complete idiocy... the bank takes a lot of time from us to make it convenient for them!!! This is the last bank on my future list ... And I will definitely share on the ** page in our group about banks and finance...I would like to give them minus 5 stars for this, but unfortunately there is no such option.
