Over $2600 dollars spent on this attorney *** Olinger which was a waste of money and time. I feel he tried to get as much as he could for doing as little as possible. He charged me for services not render.. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with *************************** due to his unethical practice such as releasing my entire case file to a family member (my mother) without my permission. So much for attorney-client confidentiality. *** Olinger was asked about services not render within the 4 months of my case and he decided to file a motion to remove himself from my case instead of accepting accountability for his actions. He overcharged me and refused to explained his actions. *** Olinger file a bogus motion with the court by lying about why he wants to be remove from my case. *** Olinger and I never had a disagreement until NOW. He abandoned me as a client, he took all my money, and left me without legal representation. I don't appreciate *** Olinger sharing my court case with family members without my permission and to give them my entire case file is unacceptable. I also question *** Olinger about a package he sent to an unknown address in my name. I don't have a clue who lives at this address and to what dealings they have with my child custody case. So many unethical things he's done that deserves an answer. I have documentation and proof for everything that I'm speaking on.

I paid *** Olinger a retainer fee of $2692 to represent my son in a child custody case. I was the "billing contact" ONLY according to the contract. I never received a bill although I asked several times (not that I feel *** Olinger deserved another *****, I actually believe he owes a refund). There was little to no progress in my son's case. *** Olinger made promises during the consultation he couldn't keep, such as this case would be over in 3-4 months. Needless to say, my son hired him in December. The communication in this law office is terrible and I believe goes against ethical practice (attorney-client confidentiality). This law firm would NEVER return my son, their client, telephone calls related to his case. I finally received ONE bill after *** Olinger gave my son's entire case file to me (without my son knowledge, without me showing any identification or even signing for the case file). The charges on the bill are false/inaccurate which is why I believe I never received a bill prior. I'm currently in the process of asking for an investigation to be launch against this law office. *** file a motion to have himself remove from the case (once he drain all the retainer fee). He abandoned my son, his client, without any legal representation and without any money to obtain another attorney.

In October 2020, my wife and I paid $750 to *** Olinger to help us get guardianship of our special needs daughter. We need it to be able to make decisions for her and went to him before she turned 18. She will now be 19 in a couple weeks. He told us it would be an easy resolution and met with us one time after that. Now, about a year and a half later, we continue to call and leave messages and never received a call back from him. We are scared because technically our daughter does not have a guardian and cannot make most decisions as an informed person due to her intellectual disability and we are out a great deal of money (to us it is a lot of money).
