My experience with ************* in ********** was very positive. They gave me the chance to purchase a car when others wouldn't, and I never missed a payment, which helped me rebuild my credit. When I traded in the car towards the end of my agreement, the dealer overpaid the total amount due. Although there were additional charges and fees on the receipt, I was informed that I wouldn't be charged any fees and that a check would be mailed. The car was paid off in full, and the Washington staff was great throughout my entire three-year loan. I'm thankful for the opportunity to prove my creditworthiness.

Currently financing a car through sac finance. They originally said the car had no issues, and that the only issue was a spring. Yet the car was in the shop for 6-7 months before It was on the lot. They told me they held that car special for me, because me and my husband wanted that special model. The day I drove off the lot they said I had to replace the back left tire because there was a nail in it, They paid for the tire replacement of course, but they actually had stuck a nail in the tire to cover up the fact that there was a bent rim. Wasnt a huge deal at first, Within a week we had to have the whole exhaust replaced, brakes and rotors had to be replaced and calibers. We had to pay a side note on top of our original weekly note. We had asked if we could trade in a for the same type of car with our original payment. They had the same one at a different lot 30 minutes away. The woman who sold me the car said they dont do exchanges???? Unbelievable. So here we are not even a year later and the catalytic converters need replaced, the throttle body, the front struts, motor mounts, lower ball joints, hub bearings and more. And they wont even fix it. The womans boss at the company ***** told my husband to f*** off. And were not new to this situation. My husband used to buy and sell cars, lots are legally abided to have all their cars state inspected. And here to find out, they just do the bare minimum work and sell cars. We were on our way out of state and the throttle body had went out and my gas pedal stopped working in the middle of the highway. Very dangerous situation. And they have the nerve to blow my phone up the due date reminding me to pay. And even try to charge our card without permission. We dont pay with cards we use cash. I think an investigation should be conducted. The way this woman at the lot talks to me and my husband like shes top dog, is hilarious. I made a payment for 2 weeks and they only took $3 towards the actual note.

Disgusted with this company. They sold me a car at 3times it's value, after **** miles the computer, variable valve adjusters and Head gasket all went out. Resulting in $6200 worth of repairs needed to get the car running. Computer was fixed at $1200, car didn't start another problem the valve adjusters according to the mechanic is another **** plus labor which is about 500, so $2000 for those repairs. And the average head gasket repair on the car is about $3000. So I voluntary gave up the car, and they want me to countinue making payments. Not happening due to the actual value of the car is around $5200....so I won't ever buy another from them and I will strongly and actively inform people not to buy from them. They aren't in it to help just interested in taking people's money for junk, broken cars.

We got a car from ***************************** back in 2019 and as reflected by credit report, we paid the car off in full. After awhile of making payments, they began charging his account multiple times a day within a week WITHOUT HIS CONSENT, so we contacted them and advised them that they didnt have permission to take money from his account without authorization first. At which point, they attempted to take him to court for $9,000 that he DOES NOT owe them. We had written up a response to their claim, then like crickets! We didnt hear anything else about it. Some time had passed and we decided we wanted to sell the car. We go to get another title since the original one was lost; and see their information on it as an active lien holder STILL! At this point, we contacted the business to inquire about getting a lien release and was informed that my vehicle had been categorized as being in wreck and labeled a total loss in their system and that they had received gap insurance for totality of payment for the vehicle. Confused about this, because the vehicle hasnt been wrecked or totaled, he began asking questions and informed them that we have the car, that it was never wrecked, and that we didnt even know where that information came from the employee tells him she doesnt know what to tell him and hangs up. Now, a week after telling us that our car was totaled, they are garnishing his check for amounts that are completely unaffordable to him. My thing is, if they really felt like we owed them anything, especially that much, why would they not just repossess the vehicle!? How can they get their money, then turn around and say its been wrecked, receive their money again, and then garnish his check on top of that to receive their payment a THIRD TIME!? Is there even anything we can do!?
