I am completing this review as the owner of Royalty One Logistics LLC. My driver/husband worked for this company I would say a little over 4 months. It started out great. The recruiter promised him consistent loads from ********* to *******. They got him a ticket to get to training and to the vehicle and a great hotel. About a month or two down the road, they began to get inconsistent with the loads and what was promised to him dwindled. The inconsistency was very frustrating and my husband decided to leave the company. In the middle of his decision, the truck had some mechanical problems with the radiator. The truck went to the shop and got fixed. My husband was promised before he left we would not get charged for the week of bringing the truck to their yard (which was 1 day on a Monday) trying to do them a favor. Our company still was charged for that 1 day. We called and of course everyone is pointing the finger to the next person saying they werent notified. This company also held money from my company of loads that were completed and in the end out of my companys escrow account, we are left with being in the negative (which was well over what the repair costs were). This company is definitely a joke and I am furious we are not getting what we earned! They claimed my husband was one of their top drivers and once he decided to leave, they flipped the switch and played with our money! Definitely unacceptable! And you will get ripped off working for them!

Hello everyone!! STAY AWAY. They talk a great spin on how you can earn this and that. Yet, everyone is keep in the same gross bracket. Even if you do not go home like most you still do not have the options to earn more. Second, if you ever leave god help you cause they will take all your escrow. They continue to charge you even thou you have finalized out and have a sign paperwork with approval that your rig was return in great shape as you received it. Do not ever go back or even mention this company to anyone looking to drive. The company is going down and they are not for the contractors they have. They want followers instead of leaders to assistant them in making money. DON'T GO!!!! DON'T WASTE TIME!!!!!!!

Owner operator .... please stay away from this company I am owed $300 dollars in Detention Please the sale's person/ broker is a lier ... once you drop the load he will never pick up the phone ****************************** stay away from him and the company . I have filed complaints every were ..... times are extremely hard tyonalkhow them to get away with our detention . BUCHANAN LOGISTICS ****
