    Check in date 12/4 check out 12/5. Was staying here due to possible threatening winter weather and had a doctors appointment I couldnt miss. The hotel charged $50 deposit. A guy training posted the $50 to my card. I have tried multiple times in contacting the hotel, never can speak to a manager or they give my the excuse the system is down. 12/11 more than 6 days after my check out the desk clerk stated someone would call me but a note had been added 12/10 that I supposedly smoked in the room. I have never smoked in my entire life. This hotel is gross to say the least. The covers had cigarette holes in them. The outlet on the walls were missing screws. The bathtub was dirty and gross. The first room I was given for the night the door didnt lock so I asked to be moved. The second room smelled like smoke from the moment I stepped in it. Its right next to the stairwell. I just needed a place to stay for the evening so I would make it to my doctors appointment safely. This hotel was not worth the money for the night let alone now adding $50 on that. I have never had a problem with any other hotel and I definitely do not smoke. I believe they do this to multiple guests and its not right. I have tried working with the hotel and they refuse to work with me. The hotel room 235 is just not up to code, very outdated. The best thing I can say is the door on this room did lock. However, it smelt like smoke the moment I walked in. The front desk you could tell was annoyed when I went down after initially checking in at 5:45 pm to ask to be moved due to safety concerns of the door not locking. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

    I booked a room through Priceline for 6 nights at Travelodge by Wyndham. 11/02/24-11/08/24. I paid $302.56. While staying there I started breaking out in what I thought was a rash from the laundry soap they use to wash their sheets and blankets because I have very sensitive skin. I took ******** but it didn't go away. On my 5th day there (11/07/24) I notice a small *** BUG crawling on the bed. I proceeded to inspect the rest of the bed and found a cluster on *** BUGS. I have videos and pictures of the *** BUGS and the bites I received from them. I asked for either my $302.56 to be refunded back to me or for them to comp me for my stay and just put me in a different room. They refused. They won't even give me my deposit back. So now I am filing a complaint.

    We booked a stay for the first week of July 2023 but due to the deplorable conditions of the hotel, room and people living there, we were not able to stay. We stayed with family in a nearby town. We were promised a full refund and they never helped us and never refunded us. They refused to talk to us even when we went back 3 times to the motel to talk to the customer care / service manager. Never returned phone calls or emails.
