    Weve been contacting this company for the past three weeks trying to get some sort of response back so we can get them to remove the solar panels and put them back on so we can get a new roof built but weve gotten absolutely NOTHING back. Three weeks of constant emailing and calling and no response.

    I had solar panels put on January 2021, the company charged me an extra $20,000 for a 20 year warranty, well the system was installed in the middle of winter during an ice storm my roof leaked, they came out in 2022 finally to fix it well I was taking down my Christmas decorations this last November and noticed that they now had leaks every 4 down every joist so Im literally pouring rain at every lag bolt that is sticking out of my rafters at an angle, almost every lag! So I called them and spoke with someone in the phone to call me back, I have a lot of damage accruing. Well they wouldnt return my calls, and now have removed phone numbers from the internet and only allow new customer requests by email! If it doesnt get fixed soon Im gonna need a whole new roof, and my house is not small! They have entire social media groups for people who have been left bad by them

    In may of 2023 the solar panels that modern mills put on my house started getting the wires real hot. it melted the siding and I had to call Nipsco to come out and they said it was v=because they did not put the solar panels in correctly. they still do not work so I have a useless ornament on my home. I took out a loan for $ ********* to them for this when I called them they would not answer my calls. I found out they went out of business. they promised rebates to help with the bill I never received them. the account number with ******** which is where I have the loan is *********. the ** I have with them was *******. I did contact the ******* ************************ about this issue.

    We purchased Solar Panels from Modern Mills LLC August 2021. I noticed for a few months our Electric bills were increasing. When I reached out to local electric company I was told our system had not been working for 5 months. I tried reaching out to Modern Mills and found they have apparently went out of business. We paid in upwards of $60,000 for on what is now defective panels? We were told they were under a 10 year warranty. I'm looking for help obtaining: 1) Resolution either in the form of them working again or monetary reimbursement. 2) Information on an APP that is supposedly set up to ************ from panels. 3) Contact information for this company that has now made it hard to trust any system like this.

    Ive tried to contact Modern Mills Solar numerous times with no success, ********************* Nipsco ) & the loan company contacted me trying to get information, The utility company ( Nipsco ) needs a permit to scheduling an appointment to inspect the panels among other things which I dont know what they want, ************ is contacting me about payment also Modern Mills said to me that the government was going to pay for the panels. Like I said *** tried to contact Modern Mills numerous times and with numerous phone number that they have on different on their website, goggle and the number the ************ gave me with no success with any of them

    7/27/21 I agreed to buy solar panels from Modern Mill Solar. First transaction was $128.33 paid on 5/16/22 on loan to *** **************** They said loan payments wouldnt start until the panels were up and running, but those werent operational until 11/18/2022. They were going to reimburse me for 7 months of loan payments made before they were operational and only reimbursed me for 3 months of the $128.33 payments ($513.32 outstanding). Along with the solar panels Modern Mill said they were going to add insulation to an attic and a front w*** of my home to be more energy efficient (they guaranteed a $0 annual balance on electricity due to WE Energies). Between the July 2021 agreement and November 2022 inst*** they stopped performing that service, but agreed to pay a 3rd party to complete. They arranged 4 businesses to come in and give us quotes for the work. They were between $3.4k and $10.6k. No response from Modern Mill once I sent them the final quote. During inst*** they didnt caulk around the new meter and we got mice in our home. They were going to give $500 for an exterminator to come out and never did. The total amount due is $41,245.09 (17 payments $128.33, 221 payments of $175.95, 1 payment of $178.53). I am 11 payments in and now it appears Modern Mill is closed for business. Part of the agreement was they own maintenance on the panels and they pay the difference if I owe on my energy bill at end of year. How do I get compensated or out of my loan for what they owe me (approx $4,413.32) plus the ongoing services they are not providing?

    In June 2022 I installed solar panels through Modern Mill Solar. I was advised by Modern Mill Solar that I would be getting a $10,000 rebate from the State of ******** and a $10,000 tax rebate on my federal taxes. It has been 10 months and I have not heard anything about my state rebate. I contacted Modern Mill Solar several times to get info on where my rebate stood but despite them telling me they would have someone get back with me - they didn't. In the last few months all I get is an answering machine and despite leaving numerous messages I got no response.I contacted the representative who sold them to me, but he is no longer with them, and he said I should contact **** Trade ** Renewables at ************** to check on the status. When I contacted them, I had to have some sort of number for them to track the rebate. Which I don't have. That was my reason for trying to contact Modern Mill Solar - to get the number. All of my attempts have fallen on deaf ears. My sole reason for contacting Modern Mill Solar was to get the number or see if they could let me know the status. I spent $38,000 to get the solar panels counting on the $10,000 from the state and the $10,000 tax rebate to offset the costs.Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

    Modern mill installed a solar system including an expensive battery for storage, the system does not work when the power goes out. They came out the last and first time this happened post installation when the power went out in the fall of 2022, **** the electrician bumped up the storage to 30% even though the power went out on a sunny day mid afternoon.The power went out again this past Friday, 3/31 with the storms and again the battery storage did not work.. so far it never has.I paid over 15,000  for the storage (I have to look at the exact amount) I have left two messages with modern mill but they do not answer the phone which has been a common issue with them.I would like them to either take the battery storage system back and leave my electrical the way the found it, give me full credit back or fix it and provide a way to communicate in case of issues going forward

    Modern Mill sold me a ********* Solar Electricity System installed on my Roof. A 20 year performance guarantee contract was included with my purchase. My solar system monitoring is no longer functioning and I have reached out to Modern Mill multiple times with no response. They are not answering their phones. I want support on my system and for them to honor their contract.

    I have been trying to contact this company for months. My insurance agency has also tried contacting them. They will not answer the phone nor return any calls. They lied to me about getting a sign on incentive bonus which i never received and my insurance company needs them to remove and replace the solar panels due to roof damage.
