I had hmh custom remodeling redo my bathtub. They did a really fine job on getting it done. But my contract has a lifetime guarantee for all the parts in the shower. The grab bar that is mounted to the wall the coating has come off . I talked to ************************* the supervisor. He said he would order a new one it would be a couple weeks. This was 4 months ago finally got a hold of him. He said he would be in ********* **** to do a job and he would schedule me in while he was over here to get it put in. He never called me back to do so. I called him and told him just send it to me I can install it not a big deal. He said no he would get it done when he did the Coldwater job. I've called many many times since then to get a hold of him to get it rescheduled somehow to get my grab bar put on. But now will not even answer a phone call. I have left numerous messages to get a hold of me so that way we can get this resolved.

In regards to this Complaint, HMH Custom Remodeling's Lifetime guarantee covers the integrity and functionality of the products/services we provide. Matte Black and Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish are not covered by any manufacturer due to the manufacturing process it takes to make those finishes, but HMH Custom Remodeling does try to go above and beyond with our customers and we Ordered a new grab bar at no cost. Unfortunately, Matte Black grab bars were on back order with our manufacturer at that time, but we dropped it off when it eventually came in. Extended lead times also drive us crazy as well.
