    To whom it may concern:We had our roof redone by the company listed in 2015. It has a lifetime warranty. Two years ago we had ice build up on the roof and as the ice melted, it backed up inside the rafters. Which then proceeded to back up into our wall and rafters. As a result, our ceiling fell in! It ruined our sofa, carpet, ceiling and the inside of our wall. All of those things had to be replaced! The walls had to be professionally dried out and we purchased all of the rest that was ruined, We turned it into our insurance thinking it was just a freak thing. However this year it started happening again in the same place. only it was the ceiling on our outside porch ceiling as icicles started forming. We have contacted the roofing company listed for the last 4 month to nothing being done. We've been given the run around! Several months past and a gentleman came and looked at the roof and said he would need to talk to the owner of the company and call us back. As usual, that never happened. We called several weeks later and were told they couldn't help us, as they don't have enough workers. Now when we try to call, we get the answering machine. We are scared that every winter this will keep happening and if it does, we will be cancelled by our insurance, as it was a hefty sum for the insurance to pay out. And this was none of our fault! Please help us!! Thank you!**** and *******************

    My staff and I have been trying to contact **************** for a few weeks now in order to address his complaints and make them right. We have called several times and left messages. So far we have yet to hear from ****************. We strive to make all our customers happy and are eager to do what we can to make this right.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    It has been 2 weeks that I have been told **** would be coming out to the home and we have not yet seen **** nor have we had any other communication from the company.

    We are not sure when this was submitted but since the complaint was filed both **** and the service manager have met with the customer and could not find a leak. However, we did service any issue the customer showed us at the time and have not heard from them since.

     I am rejecting this response because: we have asked someone to come and talk to us about where they fixed the roof. We have no idea of what they did or where! How do they know that it won't leak again? And we're not sure if the Attic is mold free from all of the moisture that fell. **** told one of his workers that he would follow up with us and never has. And I have the text message to prove it!
