    We had Hoosier Roofing put a new metal roof on with new siding and gutters. There is a damaged gutter and rail on the north side of the house . That was to be replaced due to employee destruction. The siding on the west side of house is coming loose due to faulty installation. We have texted ****** m many times with no response or acknowledgment of the problems. We have pictures and text communication but no response or resolution.

    We had hoosier roofing reside our park model and shed at ********** *********. They didn't do any of the ************* or to any standard there was no siding board or wood put between siding and studs very little under siding paper was used siding is cut short all over no snap lock used to secure siding skirting was installed incorrectly so it is loose and falls of all j channel cut short not 45 bent and broke 1 inch gaps around plug trim super wavy everywhere high point low point no shimming I have had them back 4 times would never meet me at the site to go over issues and now they will not return calls or texts had 2 other company's come and get new quotes all of there job has to be removed and new Installed this was an ******* job

    After multiple attempts to satisfy the customer through requested and completed repair demands, we came to an agreement to void contract and meet the demands of the consumer. Agreement signed on 3/1/2023

    ******* Roofing done siding on my house. Quality was very poor. ****** did come out and look over issues. ********* to correct a few issues. Workmanship and quality in several areas is very poor still. When crew did come out they told my mom (92 yrs old) that they were only staying 2 hours. I have contact ****** now multiple times now via text and phone messages, he is now, I guess I am blocked or ignored. I paid for a service that, to be honest was not professional. There are far more pics than provided.

    We made have made several attempts to make the customer happy with her job. She is a returning customer of several projects, and we even quoted another project after these 'repair' requests were made and completed. The consumer has requested change in installation technique. The project has been completed entirely and return ******* calls were made. (Return ******* tech call dates: 5/20/22, 6/13/22, 8/1/22).

     I am rejecting this response because:
    Issues are even worse. I just had to pay $700 to have gutters redone because hardware to hold them up was not put back on them. I gave forwarded more pics to him, but I have been ****** blocked. Several other issues have shown up. Said there was warranty with the job. But 2 weeks later would not respond. Why 2 years later is he responding now?

    We hate to hear that you are still not satisfied with your project. We have made multiple attempts to rectify the issues, but the customer is not acting in good faith not being honest. As was communicated previously, we did not install new gutters on this project, and therefore are not responsible for the gutters. The contracted project was completed, per agreement.

    On 05/03/21, Hoosier Roofing/****** Mccartney conducted a roof replacement estimate. The total cost to replace the roof was $11,950. On 05/20/21, the contract was signed and the total amount due was paid in full. On 07/05/21 work begin and was completed on 07/08/21. On 01/04/22, I contacted ****** because our ceiling drywall was cracked and sagging. There is 10 years labor warranty on the contract. I was told they would come out and look at it. The problem got worse, on 01/10/22 I contacted ****** again to see when they come look at it. I was told latter in the week. On 01/14/22, I was told the problem was fixed. On 02/09/22, I contacted ****** because water started leaking from the ceiling on the same spot. I was told they would be back out fix it. On 02/23/22, the ceiling was still leaking and I did not hear from ******. I was told they would be out that week to fix it. On 03/06/22, the ceiling leaked again and I contacted ******. He said they were out the week prior and fixed it. On 03/18/22, I contacted ****** to inform him the roof was still leaking in the same spot. He said he would be back out. On 04/21/22, I contacted ****** again about the roof still leaking. I suggested redoing that section of roof and her agreed. On 05/19/22, l contacted ****** for a timeline on getting the roof fixed. I was informed the materials were picked up and was waiting for a rain free day. On 06/13/22, I contacted ****** asked when he was coming to fix the roof and he said the end of the week. That is the last time I contacted ******. I was supposed to be informed when they were coming out to fix the roof. I have not heard from ****** or seen anyone work the roof.

    We apologize for our poor communication with the customer throughout their experience. We have implemented changes to ensure it does not occur with future customers. We made several service calls to make the necessary repairs to fix Mr. ******* roof leak. We made a service call as recent as 11/25/2022 to inspect and repair the leak. It is our understanding that the leak has been repaired and no return visit is needed at this time.
