I had water leaking in my basement and called AAA for help. The service guys came out and snaked my sewer from outside, unable to help they said it's broken and I should call the office for someone to come out, locate the break, and give me an estimate. I did 5 days in a row, each day giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were just busy. They never came. I was without water for an entire week. On Friday the guy I called assured me he would come that day himself. And of coarse he didn't. I called another company, who cleared my sewer from the basement side. Which had AAA done a little investigating would have been able to do for me a week earlier, and they came for a free quote also. *** took my phone calls for 5 straight days and said each day they'd be here today or in the morning, and never called to explain, just left me guessing if they'd show or not. I have never been so discouraged by a business in my life.

That week, unforeseen circumstances further complicated our ability to respond as promptly as we normally strive to. The owner, who directly oversees complex cases like yours, was unexpectedly hospitalized due to walking pneumonia. This significantly impacted our operations, and unfortunately, it resulted in delays and a breakdown in communication. For this, we are deeply sorry.

We understand how frustrating this must have been, and while it doesnt excuse the situation, we hope it provides some clarity about why we were unable to follow through as we should have. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are taking steps to ensure improved communication and reliability for all our customers moving forward.

Last time you did not mention the hospitalization, so I can understand that would cause issue. My sewer may be draining, but it's not fixed. If you had said on the 6 or 7 times I called that I should call someone else I would have, but I was expecting you to come as you said and gave you 5 days opportunity, and I could not use my drains at all, and that was a nightmare. So please in the future speak to your customers like you care about them and then actaully do that. The other company who came thought maybe the complexity of the job is why you ghosted me, and I just wanted you to come check it, and give me a quote. I hope the owner is better, and I'm glad it something unforeseen and not just bc the job was too hard.

It is making me pick a star rating but this company deserves a zero star rating should be out of business very incompetent people . This company is horrible had them come out yesterday to open up the main line from my home to the manhole they said they could not get a machine down to the basement to sneak the drain, they charge $174 and problem was not fixed. Called the owner of the company and told him about the problem he said he would send the guys back today which he did and they still could not open up the drain. Yesterday when they came they took the toilet off of the floor that is still sitting in the middle of my bathroom with p*** water all over the bathroom floor and we still have no way to use the toilet or any of the drains in our home. Called the owner of the company and talk to him again he told me to go f myself that they don't work for free when they have already been paid to complete the job he guaranteed yesterday for $169 when they left that the drain would be open it is one of the most unprofessional plumbing companies I have ever seen I doubt if they are even licensed plumbers because they are really dumb and the owner is a real piece of s***

When our team first arrived, we found there was no external sewer drain cleanout available, which limited access to address the blockage. We then attempted to snake the drain through the toilet, but due to the age and restricted nature of the pipes, this approach was not successful. Consequently, our team had to leave but returned a second day with different equipment for older restricted pipes. Unfortunately they faced the same issue again.


During this process, your son, who owns the property, informed us to leave the toilet off its base as he planned to replace it, and you were present on the call when this was discussed. We were later advised of potential basement access and so we made a third trip to resolve the issue. However upon arriving,our team discovered there were no stairs to the basementonly a narrow, unstable ladder. Unfortunately, it was unsafe for our team to maneuver a heavy 300 pound machine down a ladder under these conditions.


You were charged only the initial service call fee for our efforts. The additional visits, which required extra time and resources, were not billed. While we were unable to resolve the issue due to the unique challenges of your property, we made every effort to assist within the constraints we faced.


We regret that this experience has caused frustration, but we hope this provides clarity regarding the situation. Should you have further concerns, please feel free to reach out.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use AAA Sewer Service Inc., to do any of your plumbing work. Not only did the line they put in drop at least an inch in 18 months, which I was told by a few other companies I've had out state that should never happen, but they missed 2 scheduled appointments, no call no show, to check the line. Horrible customer ********************** and obviously don't care about a customer that has a concern about their work. They recently lost their accredidation with the BBB for this exact reason. The guy on the phone even told me that a locator showing the depth isn't accurate enough to determine that the line closer to the house is lower than where it connects with the city line. Great, the camera that was run down the line that shows water standing says you're a liar, and I'm sure the locators are pretty accurate with today's technology. He also said that the ground settling and sinking isn't something their company would cover on a warranty. We haven't even had enough freezes and thaws for the ground to settle, because it wasn't packed and bedded properly by their workers. Don't make excuses for your companies poor workmanship. They weren't a horrible company when I dealt with them 18 months ago, but now it's literally an awful company. Saying they'd come out and check the work, and be willing to make it right, and to never show up is the absolute worst business practice. I will put them on full blast for not only shoddy work, but the worst customer **********************!
