After an excellent presentation, we decided against a solar installation because the factual information from the company demonstrated that it was not a good financial decision despite my strong desire to "go solar." ************ in effect, advised me against buying from them. Their priority was my best interests instead of them making a sale.This kind of integrity is exactly what you want in a company.

They installed my solar panels almost two years ago in summer of 2022. The installation crew was top notch. The owners of Surefire were there every step of the way, every day, making sure everything was going well and to answer any questions. We have been very happy with the performance of the panels and the quality of the equipment. What I have been most impressed with is the responsiveness when I have questions or need the system checked for any reason. I message **** and he responds within a few minutes, most of the time. If he can't answer the question or resolve the issue, he gets Sunpower involved and they, too, have been very responsive. My experience with Surefire Sales Solutions, for the sale and installation of my solar + battery backup, has been great. **** has gone the extra mile in every step of the process, including petitioning my HOA to allow the installation to occur, making sure the installation went well, and even working with the battery manufacturer to troubleshoot a minor issue I was having. A fantastic company! **** was a great educator on the benefits of solar energy. He has always been available and responsive to any questions that I had. Our solar system has resulted in tremendous savings, and I can feel that I am making a contribution to reducing my carbon foot print. We had been working with another Solar company in the spring of 2022. It was a nightmare, to say the least. We changed and started working with Surefire. Finally, our nightmare turned into a dream. The company has great communication and working with **** was great. They let us know what to expect and when. Everyone was professional and was willing and able to answer all of our questions. This is not a well-known process, so we had a lot of questions, too. IF Surefire can install solar on the home you own, I would recommend them.
