            I started services at my address on May3rd and submitted a request for a trash collection bin. I was told to wait 7-14 business days. I waited and didnt receive it so another order was placed on May 31st, it is June 18th and I have yet to receive it but I have been billed $24.**. Finally today, I was able to get in contact with a ***************** Services where he stated that they had never received any requests from Gary Sanitary District for a trash removal bin. He also put in an order for my bins which are expected to arrive by Friday, the 18th. I called Gary Sanitary District to get the trash removal charge off of my bill but they will not remove it, stating that I should have just placed my trash at the curb without a bin. She also stated that my first request for a bin wasnt until May 31st and couldnt explain why I am being charged for the month of May. I then called ******** Services and asked them if it was true, that my trash would have been collected had I placed it near the curb without a bin . In response, he stated that , no, they would not collect my trash had I done that because I did not have an account with them. Im just trying to my bill to reflect the services that I am ABLE to use. I should not have to pay for trash collection if Im not able to utilize it.

            I started services with this company June 26. I informed them that I never had trash cans and need them for the property. Although it shouldnt take two weeks to receive trash cans. I waited for them to provide them. They stated it takes 14 days. It is now July 19th. I still dont have any trash cans. They also informed me that during my wait they will still pick up trash just sit it out on trash day. They never picks up my trash on trash day. So now I have trash from June 26 my move in day to now in my back yard. They dont pick my trash up so it attracting unwanted animals and bugs! I just want them to do the services Im paying/ billed for and give me my trash cans!
