            Purchased Gutter Helmet thru Trim A Seal June 15, 2023. Had numerous excuses, delays, installation dates and material. Finished installing Oct 3, 2023, During winter, found some of the helmets too far forward, which caused large icicles. ******* did come out in December, inspected it and said to call back in the Spring. . Have had numerous rain-off from steel roof not being captured by Gutter Helmet, and I made phone calls with no response. Latest was June 13, 2024. Left message with secretary (********) to have **** (Owner} call me after meeting. No call. Trying to resolve the issues, Several weeks ago, they said they would be out. Trim-A-Seal called on June 12, 2024 stating someone would be here on Wednesday after his regular work. No one showed up or called. Have been not able to reach anyone at ***-A-Seal since. Would like them, at this point, to remove Gutter Helmet and issue partial refund. Original price also included new gutters.

            I spoke with **************** to review the issues he had brought up with the Gutter Helmet. I assured him that we would be able to address the water-flow issues with some minor adjustments to the system. We have confirmed plans to service ******************** gutter helmet system and will be sure to confirm the changes were successful following the first major rain after our work is done. We also discussed the issue of icicles. I explained the reason that they were appearing and that we wouldn't be able to do anything to prevent them with the Gutter Helmet panels, however I assured him that they wouldn't cause any damage to the Gutter Helmet system or gutters.

            Failure to Deliver on Awning Installation and Unacceptable Delay Extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the abysmal service of installation of awning. Made significant down payment and still without awning that was promised to be installed.Caused inconvenience and frustration. Entrusted the company on the assurances of quality and efficiency provided during our initial consultation. Lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. Failed to meet timeline and blatant disregard for communication and customer service. Despite repeated attempts to contact company and obtain an update on the status of awning, I have been met with silence, leaving me in the dark about the progress of the project. Delay has had significant consequences. Unable to enjoy my outdoor space as intended, and the lack of shade provided by the awning has resulted in discomfort during the last few months, where the heat was sometimes unendurable. Furthermore, the financial burden imposed by the failure to deliver on the promises is deeply distressing, as I am left with the burden of an unfinished project and the inability to recoup my investment.Realistic timeline for the completion of the awning installation was not received.

            ***************** was given an approximate completion date for her ********* Awning purchase. Unfortunately, we were unable to make that date due to factory delays. We always try to make sure people know that custom products are non-refundable. We waived our policy and allowed ***************** to cancel and have a full refund. The issue should be resolved.

            In mid September of 2022, I contacted and met with a representative from *********** of Indiana for the purposes of epoxy for my garage floor. They quoted me a price. I later called and spoke with the representative and he lowered the price to $5100 which cover all 3 of my garage bays, and the side walls. The agreement was that the company would come the first week of October 2022 and install/apply the epoxy to my garage floor. I contacted them towards the last week of October 2022 (they had contacted me or completed the agreed work) and asked for a refund. The owner agreed to give me a refund but for only $4700. He stated he would keep the other $400 to pay his sales person commission. I explained no work was ever completed and that I demanded a full refund. The manager refused, I told him I would dispute with my credit card company. I have yet to receive my refund. I am requesting my refund in full. Attached is what I paid, and current images of my garage. The last photo is an example of a floor and base boards that have had epoxy applied.
