This location is not an authorized Apple tech and cannot get the parts ive made the proper calls to check zero stars should be out out of business id never expected to be scammed by a storefront in the mall (how do thy not know )I came to this store while walking the mall I needed my screens fixed so I stopped in, the man was very friendly upon greeting and was thorough before stating he could in fact replace my IPhone 14 screen with an authentic apple screen. This he did not do after about 45 minutes i got my phone paid $213 (I know ???????) for new screen and protector. That day i was having slight issues with touchscreen responding after getting home i charged and restarted the phone where I received a message stating the display screen may not be an authentic apple product, phone continued to drain battery overheat freeze and at twice gave me the black screen if death Im not from ******* and was passing through so I called the place several times to discuss the issue but have not yet been able to get anyone to pick up the phone. I ended up at Apple getting an authentic screen for $300 bucks. I 10/10 do not recommend this place I would like a refund for the counterfeit part I received I would also like for the company to cover the cost the Apple is charging to replace the counterfeit part.

I have tried to get the phone screen fixed and nobody will replace the screen with his fake parts in it not even Apple they say I will have to purchase another phone out right with zero trade in value My phone is essentially unable to be used since Cell image gave me a fake screen. I would now be hoping for the cost of the new phone be paid by Cell Image
