            SUMMARY The nature of the project was to RETURN THE HOUSE TO A LIVABLE STATE: When this contractor Lenny ***** began the job, the home had a prime coat applied to 90% of the interior surfaces, quarter round was in place but not nailed down, the stove was out of its place a few feet from its spot and the washer and dryer were in the garage. Debris from a previous contractor was present and needed to be cleaned up to a livable state (nails off the ground, dangerous items removed) 1) Finish painting the interior surfaces: walls, trim, doors, fireplace, closets in the appropriate finishes 2) Finish painting a couple spots on the ceiling around the light fixture/s where it hadn't been painted 3) Nail down quarter round around the entirety of the home which had been previously put into place but not nailed down 4) Remove towel rods, mirrors and wall cabinets from both bathrooms 5) Debris removal from #4 and all other debris to return the house to a livable state 6) Unload a Pod full of property when it arrived that was being delivered because of moving across country during the time that this work was being done 7) Materials were included in the quote Please see attached document for full details: Lenny******March2022 Please see attached document for contractor's insurance policy Please see attached document for first invoice of $3300 Please see attached document for second invoice of $1250
