The owner ***** and *** (wedding specialist) are very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. They are impatient and rude.My fiance, future in laws and I went to a tasting. As we headed to the bakery, we called 18 minutes before our appointment time to let them know we would be 5 minutes late due to a previous appointment. The staff member who answered the phone told us it was acceptable.Upon arrival we tasted cake as expected and moved into discussion of our wedding cake plan..Things went south from there. The wedding specialist *** was impatient with our discussion regarding our cake plan. She rushed us through the process. She was upset with our questions regarding logistics with our cake. She even told me (the bride) we cursed them by asking what their back up plan is in the event our $1300 wedding cake was damaged during delivery. She rudely left during our conversation and did not apologize.In the end, my fiance told the specialist he was offended by her rude comments and *******. We left the bakery and as we went to our car a random man (turned out to be the owner *****) came out of the bakery throwing money at us yelling "we do not want your business and take our (enter bad word here) down the street". This man didn't introduce himself or attempt to ask our perspective of why the wedding discussion went so poorly. We told him we will be leaving reviews for future customers to understand what a horrible experience we had with what should have been a memorable moment.Later that evening my mother, my best friend and I posted our reviews on ******* The owner responded to my mother's review with a very nasty response then proceeded to post very unprofessional responses on ********* ********** my fianc calling him very offensive names. So if you truly want a memorable wedding cake selection experience I suggest you go somewhere else where you will be welcome.

100% complete lie. The purpose of this is only to defame the company. I have forwarded this to our attorney as this constitutes libel. Any other information you can provide concerning this complainant would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, this company woman owned.

Well ive never tried their cake or seen the art of how they create one to fit a persons taste but i tried. My birthday is coming up and im a confessed shark lover and even more a lover of the movie jaws so i decided to have one jawsome cake created for my birthday and like any normal person who doesnt want to waste their time and money i did some research and this place popped up, had good reviews, a good rating and it was based off the average of several people, so i emailed my examples of a cake for a quote and initially got 4 prices and then the company speak about canceling etc but no text with that response. i honestly didnt know what i was looking at so it created a second email and after receiving that one i basically said he should have led with that email not the first one and basically his ****, shortness towards a potential new customer was because i had a similar name as a problem customer and apologized and quickly backstepped to being a shark lover as well??. he also mentioned he doesnt normally respond or work on sundays (in which he initially started the sunday email) so i guess i was then supposed to feel special after id already wrote them off till monday anyways. long story short, i was trying to get a cake, give them money and from the first interaction treated poorly cause he was too stupid to see i was a new customer and not the one with a name similar to mine that he did in fact mean to talk to poorly. basically what i came away with from that interaction. and he boasted about his reviews and amount of stars he had on ****** so i thought i ought to give my review. i ordered from another company, and will be posting pics of how i was spoke to and whoever has a name similar to mine you might want to rethink continuing to give this company money, they think so poorly of you they treat others they mistake for you like trash.

You are a complete clown. Do you have an 8th grade education? If you are going to take the time to write a review, at least learn to spell and use proper grammar and punctuation. Plus the use of phrases like "a confessed shark lover" (what the h*** does that mean), "long story short" (mmmmm dar) and "one to fit a persons taste" (moronic). It was evident from the start that you were an idiot. The more you write the funnier it is because your attempt to sound intelligent only makes you sound even dumber. This is hilarious.
