    On July 19, 2024 the ********* came out to diagnose an issue with our security system and indicated a problem with the *********** that had to be replaced. We were told it would be ordered, and an appointment was scheduled for installation on the 26th between 12:30 and 1:30PM. On that ***, ***** called and said they were at another appointment and would not be able to make it and asked if we could reschedule for August 9th at 9AM. No one showed up, however later that ***, ***** called and wanted to reschedule, but we had another commitment. Additional calls were made to reschedule, but to no avail. We had no choice but to hire another security company. We are requesting a refund for the *** board that we never received.

    My name is ***** ******* I am a owner of Superior Security.  I TALKED to ***** ******* on July 25th and told her we would have to reschedule because i had not gotten the part yet and woupd call her whe. I got it. THEY WERE MY customer for 23 years i thnk in 23 years we was out there twice i told her the ccu board was shot and i had to replace it.  I explained parts for this system r hard to get and it took longer than expected so when i got the part on the 9th of August we called ahead no answer we assumed something came up in the next few weeks we called 18 times got voice mail finially ***** called me bk and said her husband would call me and make arrangements to be there.  I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL.  THEN I GET THE LETTER FROM THE BBB i feel like they should pay me for a service call ****** because i waived that as a courtesy and i feel like for inconvenience and they would not return my ******* the 3 times we went there we r about even so i will not refund it because the part in non-refundable. Also they never even asked me for a refund they just filed a complaint with bbb. If u have any questions please call me at ************
