I also hired Zerorez in **********. They saw 2 small stains that I didnt care about but he assured me he could get it out so I let him try. He dumped some yellow liquid from a jug in my floors. Now those spots are 7-8x bigger than they were and so far zerorez is very unapologetic and unwilling to fix it. Still waiting on Branch manager to call back.Review from Mike G

Hired Zerorez Indy to clean my carpets and they dragged their hose round my first and second floor pulling paint off the wall and causing damage. We had just hired a painter to paint these walls. They also leaked water on the hardwoods in the entryway and we had to point out the pooling water and the soaked runner. This franchise is operated out of ****** and asked me to text pictures of the damage. I sent several pictures and they acknowledged the damage. I found a local office in **** and only one guy in the building. **** was open to discussing and I sent him pictures. Additional damage was found the next day and I sent more pictures. The hose was dragged around a corner of the stairs and paint was pulled out of the corner bead. I asked for a painter to come to my home to fix the damage since we are listing our home and time was critical to fix the damage. No response from them other than offering me $50 refund. Poorly trained and didn't care for our home and the customer service is terrible. Hire them at your own risk. I'm out $200 for a painter to fix their problem.Review from Jason C

I agreed to have carpet cleaned by Zerorez. The worker that came out assured us we wouldnt have to have any additional services to address some urine stains. The next day when it dried the stains were worse than before cleaning. I called ****** and they come back out and charged me $75 for additional chemicals. I feel this should have been taken care of the first cleaning. I was supposed to sign waiver regarding pet stain that I did not. I dont feel I should have paid $75 chemical additional. I talked with ************************* local branch manager he was unapologetic and would not take care of the cost.
