Our experience with Concrete Indy wasnt great and Im honestly surprised since we saw so many positive reviews in our neighborhood. We decided to expand our driveway and patio.It all started when our neighbor found extremely large nails/screws carelessly left at the bottom of our driveway after they came to dig. I thought it was a fluke but noticed right away how their machinery had trashed our yard (after I was promised by ****, who did our quote, they would lay down plywood everywhere). I mentioned this the following day about how unhappy we were regarding our grass and they again assured me theyd do a better job with plywood; they didnt uphold this promise. I was told by **** (the owner) that once theyre done, all youll have to do is water - well, that also was a lie, as I was told if I wanted the those areas that THEY trashed fixed with top soil/grass seed/straw as well as backfill, Id have to pay an additional $500. Then, it was raised to $700 when the gentleman suddenly realized how much dirt he was purchasing. On top of this, they didnt compact the dirt, so most of the straw has blown away and the birds have eaten most of the seed. That was a huge waste of $ that I should have done myself. Unfortunately, the quality of the job is subpar (many spots are already flaking and/or smooth where it should be brushed or vice versa). The main gentleman working the job shared with me how they needed more workers and you could clearly see them on my Nest camera hustling from driveway to patio. I dont blame them for that part, as thats clearly on the business for not providing enough workers for the large job. On top of that, we now have concrete splatter on our backyard windows, vinyl siding, and trees. I texted the owner (****) almost two weeks ago and he still hasnt responded on anyone resolving this.I would look elsewhere for your concrete needs.

--Short version-- Unprofessional, rude, and immature: One of their representatives shared photos of my home and revealed my personal phone number on his public ******* using the hashtag "#MisterStupid." I'm a simple, goofy guy, but I found this conduct unbecoming.--Long version--Here's a timeline of my interactions with Concrete Indy: --Sunday, March 6, 2022: I filled out their website's form, asking for a patio estimate. --Monday, March 7, 2022: Their representative texted me, asking for photos of my front and back decks, so he could provide a rough estimate of teardown and replacement costs. I responded with a few photos of these decks and a few (admittedly, typo-infused) texts.--Thursday, March 10, 2022: I learned that screenshots of my text conversation with the Concrete Indy rep appeared on the rep's ******* with my personal phone number and photos of my home clearly shown in the post. The representative also resorted to name-calling, as evidenced in several hashtags, like "#MisterStupid," for example. This is unacceptable behavior for a purported professional. Publicizing the personal phone number and residential photos of a potential customer on social media, along with referring to that potential customer as "stupid" is unquestionably rude and immature. I have a sense of humor, as evidenced by the goofy and self-deprecating approach I use in text messages, but using my personal information and calling names to try to generate social media traffic shows a lack of basic courtesy and respect.
