            Rackleys Services ***************************** ****************************************************************** ******************:I am a 70 year old, retired woman and feel Im a victim of ****************** taking advantage of/scamming the elderly. On November 8, 2021, I gave ****************** a deposit in the amount of $800 (half of the total amount due to replace existing privacy fence sections. This was money I received from the dads life insurance (he passed away September 13, 2021) so I decided to replace the sections of privacy fence on the West side of my property. He said you needed that to buy the supplies. I requested that he do this prior to my plants coming up as they would get trampled. As of today, March 16, 2022, I have seen sprouts starting to come out of the ground From the time I gave him the $800.00, I have not heard anything from him. On February 27, 2022, I left an e-mail message by way of the Better Business Bureau. I called ********************** cell phone the same day and left a voice mail message and I didnt receive any replies from any messages. On March 3, 2022, I sent a text message and again no reply. On March 4, 2022, I called his phone and he answered and I asked if I was still on the schedule to have my fence done and he said he were just getting ready to call me. I have not received any tentative scheduled date to have this work done. On March 15, 2022, I sent another text and again no reply. I stated that if he was unable to do the fence by April 8, 2022 (that will be 5 months since I gave him the $800.00 deposit. If unable or willing to do the fence I requested that a return of my deposit so I could find someone else to do it. I have not heard a response to that text message. If I do not hear from you by April 8, 2022, I consider that as a negative response and I will be forced to file a police report and make a small claims report.
