CES Energy LLC. was paid in full for a new furnace and outdoor A/C unit to be installed. However the first time we ran our A/C after they installed it, the air was not coming out cold. We called and spoke with a CES Energy LLC. owner and reported the issue on October 29th of 2024. The representative said that they will come and diagnose the issue within a few days. This never happened. After many attempts to find a resolution, it has now been 20 days now and since reporting the issue to CES Energy LLC. and they are yet to put us on their schedule.

On 9/12/2023, the owner of CES Energy (*****) and I signed a contract for the installation of two new HVAC systems, new ductwork in our basement, and all new ductwork in our attic, in addition to some additional add-on items. The total price was around $34,900, and he required $18,000 to purchase equipment. After the $18,000 was cashed, ***** then proceeded to not stay in close contact with me. After a few weeks of minimal communication, ***** informed me that the agreed-upon equipment is no longer available and that comparable equipment would be way too expensive based on the previously agreed upon price (i.e. he under-bid the job). He and I could not find any comparable equipment that was mutually agreed upon. He has refused to give my money back and at this point I am out $18,000 and he does not stay in communication with me. He claims the deposit is 'non-refundable' even though the entire reason why the deal is on hold is because he under-bid the job and cannot find equipment for the price we agreed upon. It was essentially a bait-and-switch, but unsure if it was purposeful. Either way, he is refusing to return my money.

We converted our attic into a 4th bedroom that we are using as an office. We contracted CES energy to install a mini-split **** system, electrical, and data (ethernet) to the attic; services were originally done in March 2022. We spent almost $8,000 with them and while the **** and electrical were complete, they have yet to complete the data wiring, so we have no internet in a space that is supposed to be primarily used for an office.I have tried to work with both ***** and ***** since 06/24/2022 to get someone out here to complete the work. ***** started off responsive, but then stopped responding completely; the same thing happened when I reached out to ***** a couple of weeks later.I simply want the services completed that they were contracted to complete.
