I wish that I had read these reviews before contacting this company. They were contacted as they replaced our roof 13 years ago. An appointment was set up and unfortunately, the crew member did not show. I called the company owner and he came out the following day and inspected the roof. Was told it did not need to be replaced but that the damage was probably from an animal. It took several weeks to finally get someone from the company to come out. A quote was received on 9/23.. I'm not knowledgeable in construction but part of the contract said to repair OSB hole. I thought that this was the area behind the gutters. Crew member did additional repairs that were not in the contract (I thanked him) and he replaced the shingles that I already had. My son looked at the area after work and found that the area behind the gutters was not repaired. I called the company owner to let him know that the repairs I believed that were requested were not completed. Photos were sent to the company. That was the last time I heard from the company owner directly. After that, I called the company once for 3 weeks in a row and no response from the owner. The 4th communication was via email and the secretary/office manager said that she would relay the message to the owner. Still no response from the owner. The contract was written 9/23 and it is now 11/21 and no resolution or response has been made. I feel that I was taken advantage of and now I have to start from scratch to get estimates since the soffitt or whatever that area is called is still not repaired and could possibly have more damage in that area.

We were SO impressed with Bob's Construction!!! *** and his crew were everything good you can imagine in a contractor. He gave me a same day quote on a siding repair job. Even though I knew he was busy, he came out the same day and fixed the issue! He was prompt, kind, and resourceful. He problem-solved an issue that surfaced and fixed it within a half an hour. Our roof was extremely steep, but he and ***** worked together to safely finish the job. ***** price was extremely reasonable and he stuck to his original quote. Most of all, *** and ***** were kind, respectful, prompt, and did the job I hired them to do. I am SO impressed!!! We will certainly use Bob's Construction again and again.

I would not reccomend this company!!! They did some trim work, installed some doors and a few other minor carpentry work for us. The workmanship was poor they didn't show up when they were scheduled. Very bad company!!!

Stay clear of Bob's Construction!He was supposed to come look at my rental property one day. His office called and said he was on his way. I left my house and drove 30 min across town to meet him. Waited another 30 min and nothing. I texted the office number that called me and said I am here. Then *** called me and said he would be there in an hour lol Like what? lol I said no thanks. I texted back his office and said "this was ridiculous, I just drove 30 min to get here."Then *** called me right back FREAKING OUT!!He was screaming at me on the phone "DO NOT F****** THREATEN MY WIFE! WHERE ARE YOU I'M COMING TO BEAT YOUR ASS! DO NOT TEXT MY WIFE OR THREATEN HER!!"I was seriously so confused. This guy and his wife are obviously losers and have no idea how to run a business. Look at the other ****** reviews. This guy is a joke. I should call the police on him. He is crazy lol Stay clear for your safety! This is a real review and this happened on 3/17/22.
