    Hello,

Firstly, We do not carry fake or plated Jewelery. All our Jewelery are certified and they are real gold and natural diamonds. I would suggest customer to come in with the Jewelery and the receipt so that we can double check and verify with our gemologist. Thank you.

In their response they said they do not sale fake jewelry and they wanted us to come in so they can test it. We did come in and they tested it and some of the links were sticking to the magnetic showing that it was not real. The worker couldnt explain why it was doing that. Then said we can pay over 200 to get them to certify it as real. We said no! Then today the owner called and said its real he will send it off for certification for 100 and he will pay the rest. That the magnet is something pawnshops do to trick people into getting their jewelry cheap. He also sent us a text message about the subject. We told him that we had already been in and he told us we can **** our jewelry with him and not a **** shop. We advise him we spent over ******** for jewelry that has no value with any one other that his store. He tried to get us to come drop off the jewelry so he can send it off for certification. My husband and I said no we want our money back. Will you buy your jewelry back from us? He said we can talk about that. Meanwhile he keeps sending ****** links to my husbands phone about gold. I just want my money back.

    Better Business Bureau:

I wanted to let you know that my husband met with the owner ***. He found him to be an honest man of integrity. The other company that told us the jewelry was fake was being deceptive. Please remove our complaint against **** Jewelry Store. *** conducted several test in my husbands presence to prove that his jewelry is 100% real. Again, please remove anything negative in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this matter is resolved and is satisfactory to us. Thank you BBB for helping us get a resolve to this issue.

    Regards,
