Id like to start by referencing the fact that I bought my brand new Kia ********* at this location, and that I have only serviced my car at this location. First off, they pay/give credits for their reviews. 5/5 is far from the truth. They over charge for services. Example you ask? They charge $697 to change spark plugs. Also, they dont give any indicators for necessary routine maintenance. Example again you might ask? Transmission fluid replacement is suggested every ****** miles. Got my first one at ******. Fluid induction service is recommended every ****** miles. Ive only had one completed throughout the duration of owning my car. I take said car to this location for ALL oil changes, which includes a multi point inspection. One would think theyd recommend these previously mentioned services, NOPE. Today they indicated to me that both transmission and fluid induction needed immediate attention. Thanks for the heads up, but where was this recommendation ******+ miles ago? They do not care about the costumer and it shows. Dont be fooled by these clowns. Take your car elsewhere.Review from Tracy J

Bought a brand new kia ** 2023 only have 3k miles car leasing on inside and the mfs won't give me a car to drive while they check it out 30k car leakng wtf thinking in going to get a lawyer to resolve and get money back for this lemonReview from Amanda C

INADEQUATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, MORONIC! DO NOT EXPECT GOOD PRODUCTS OR GOOD SERVICE FROM ANY, LET ME REPEAT THAT, ANY RAY SKILLMAN!TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, NO SENSE OF INTEGRITY OR ACCOUTABILITY!
