We had Rhino Shield applied in the early spring. Not our choice, but the now retired salesman said the weather needed only to be above 40. We signed the paperwork on March 4, 2024. Several days there were here the temp was below 40 in the morning. Now my house is bubbled, peeling, and all the seams are exposed. I called the crew leader on our project 2x, he said he put in a work order, the third call he never answered and has yet to return my call (mid-September). I called the Fishers, ********** no one answers the phones, but finally had a return call on October 4. She assured me I would receive call back. Two calls this week (this is Tuesday, *****) and no return calls nor has my husbands email been acknowledged. This was an expense in excess of $25,000. I can only assume the warranty we have is no good. Ill be pursuing legal action next.

You have not been calling the number to our office. I apologize the information was not passed on. Pictures were just sent to our production manager on 10/21 and that was the first time I was aware of anything going on. I am not sure why you would assume the warranty is no good. From the pictures we received the boards seem to be breathing nothing that is new or crazy every house has to breath. I did not see any pictures of cracking or peeling but either way the problem is being addressed 10/24.

Worst product ever! I had my house coated in this stuff it started fading in 1 year. It started streaking in less than a 1.5 years. Called several times NO luck. Teir warranty is as worthless as t*** on a chicken. It got so bad we painted the whole house a few years after they messed it up. I'm thinking class action lawsuit. Why are they still in the ****???

Your zip code shows ***** which is in ******. This is Indiana BBB and I cant do anything for you directly. Also as far as I know there has not been a Rhino Shield in ****** for around 15 years up until very recently. So if this job was done recently please contact ****** (the manufacturer) or my office ************ because that would not have been an authorized installer.

Had my home painted by this company here in **************** in August of 2018. We had a few areas that have chipped and pealed off of our stucco around the windows and on the north face of the house after a year. I contacted them to come out and have the areas repaired, and they told me the damage was weather related and their warranty doesn't cover "acts of nature". They said they would have a 5 gal bucket of the paint delivered to the house so I could make the repairs myself but wouldn't warranty any of the repairs done by me. I have never received any 5 gallon paint as of yet. I now have more pealing and chipping of the coating due to our wonderfull **************** weather. I have reached out to them over the last 2 months thru email and multiple phone messages (they Never answer the phone) with absolutely no response.When you spend $31,883.00 on a product to protect your home from the weather, and the company will not cover damage caused by the weather, it makes you realize you have been sold snake oil. Steer clear unless you have an extra 32k burning a hole in your pocket.

***************** (Production Manager) at Rhino Shield called today 5/26/23 and left a message stating that he had a message to contact me to discuss moving forward with my project and that I should call him immediately. First of all when he asked for my location and last name which I gave to him he could not find my file which was generated 5/23/23. He also stated that I must be in the new client file, yet still could not locate my file. I told him that after further review of additional reviews about his company on various business sites and receiving negative email communication from an email my wife generated asking if anyone on various neighborhood sites had used Rhino Shield and how they felt about the company and their product, we decided to reconsider using Rhino Shield. We also found a negative review on *****'s List about our sales consultant *************************. ***************** said, that probably was a customer that made up the review to hurt ************************* because there are many of those types of people. Very interesting!!! I told him that my wife cancelled the deposit check on 5/23/23 and filled out and submitted the required paper work to cancel the contract thus halting the project from proceeding. There should not have been a phone call from ***************** at Rhino Shield. *** then took it upon himself to tell me how great his company was and how long they have been in business (22 years), about their glorious 25 year guarantee, and what I would be missing by not using Rhino Shield. *** also told me they had plenty of business which I told him was fantastic that he wouldn't be missing out on my business. Then the upstanding ***************** (Production Manager) for Rhino Shield promptly HUNG UP THE ******** So very, very professional. Buyer beware if things don't go their way then their immature inner child comes out! Also do your thorough research because their are plenty of reviews about this company Rhino Shield that are less than stellar!!!

I am confused by the 1 star left. We have only dealt with 1 *********************** and he was not a sale. Unless you are a customer of a different ********************** it could make sense, but still wouldn't apply to this location.
