Date of transaction: April 16, 2021 Amount of money paid: $800 What the business committed to provide me: 6 months of personal training services 3 times a week Nature of the dispute: *************************************, Owner of D-Fine Fitness LLC, agreed to refund me the money that I prepaid him for training services. I wanted a refund because ******** is extremely unprofessional and is a poor communicator. ******** failed to show up to the gym three times to train me when we had set scheduled sessions. These were no call, no text, no shows. I would be at his gym waiting and he wouldn't show up. I asked for a refund for the times that he had not yet provided services for (since I prepaid). He agreed to providing me with the refund several times and would send me screenshots of him "trying" to refund me money, but I never received any. I provided him with all of my information (Zelle, Venmo, and PyPal). He even had me come up to his gym on July 1, 2021, which I thought was to receive a refund, and he blew me off. I am requesting a refund of $698.00. This is $800 that I prepaid for services, minus the 9 sessions that I trained with him at $8 a piece ($72), plus the $30 he refunded me on April 30, 2021 for the first time that he missed our session. ******** has failed to resolve the problem. He has blocked me on ********* Messenger, and by phone so I have no way to contact him, unless I just showed up to his gym. I have uploaded a receipt for the $800 I sent him, a receipt of the $30 he refunded me for missing 1 session, and **************************************************************** and "tried" to refund me.

Good afternoon, I have received and read the complaint. When I spoke with Client ********and  she has had the ability to contact me. I did not block her on social media and or on my phone. I have deleted an old ******** account due to it being hacked and I deleted that account.  She took it upon herself not to want to continue your training and that I told her that if she wanted to make up any days that she missed we could sit and discuss the times and days to do so. She told me that she couldnt make up any days that she missed. I communicated to her in person that everyone has time to make up days and I communicated with her on the two occasions that I was sick do to allergies and I spoke with her. When a client just quits the agreement is voided and they technically are supposed to pay the remaining balance but since it was a paid in full agreement there is and would not be a refund.  All services were provided to her and she had the ability to make up any days that she missed due to her being out with a medical condition and the days I missed and contacted her when I was out due to being sick. Any client that I have trained and are training knows if you miss a day or whatever the circumstances are you have the ability to make those days up. I gave the client an amazing break on her training package to help aid her on her fitness journey. Im more than fair with clients but I also have rules and regulations in place for matters such as these as well. Thank you for reaching out and I wish nothing but the best for that client in her future endeavors.
