issuing fines without any written warning first, I feel that this is a way of extortion, we already have to pay a monthly fee, I have tried to get in contact with them but have gotten no response from them, poor customer serviceReview from Cody D

Multiple times a month my trash pickups are missed, and they even ripped through my double bagged trash, dumped it all over the hallway, and left it there once. They also have a habit of falsifying their documentation as to why the trash was not picked up, leaving notes on my door with reasons for non-pickups that are completely untrue. I have attempted to contact their support directly in the past but they either don't respond or try to explain to me how it's ok for them to dump my trash everywhere in the public hallway and leave it for everyone to walk over until I go to collect the can and realize what happened.I am in agreement with the other reviewer that this seems like a scam as I am also forced to pay for their services through my apartment building.Review from Stephanie L

This review is similar to the review below. We are FORCED by our apartment complex to pay $20 per month for this trash collection "service", In the past 6 weeks, they have missed picking up our trash 3 times. This is RIDICULOUS!!! When you call customer service, they are off-shore and it takes FOREVER for you to even be able to file your complaint, because they have to verify information like you were trying to get a job with the **** **************** cant help you, they refer your issue to someone onshore but you NEVER EVER receive a call back from anyone. What a joke. We have a trash compactor on-site, which we used to use pre-Greenway, but I REFUSE to take the missed trash there, because I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. My apartment complex wont do anything about it, because I am POSITIVE they are getting part of the $20 per month that we pay Greenway. That would bite the hand that feeds them. WHAT A SCAM! Next stop is filing a complaint with the OH ************************** TIRED of it.Review from Madison T

This company is contracted to manage trash for the apartment complex that I live in, and we have had continuous issues. I am required to sign up for their service by living here ($25/month). They frequently miss pick-*** for myself and neighbors, and now they have begun issuing fees for their lapse in service, even before any notice is given. They also issue multiple fees for the same interruption haphazardly and there is really no support from the company other than doubling down on their arbitrary rules and poor service. The company seems like a scam, they charge money for a service and then pile on fees to line their bank accounts in tandem.
