Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this company in anyway shape or form, unless you want to have another whole Full- time job trying to get your project completed. I am over five months, two broken windows, and three mismeasurements into what should have been an easy job for a company that sold their product in the way that this was sold to me. I am still waiting for the job to be completed. The team does not show up for the scheduled dates, so there is no regard for your time in the least. The price is high, and the quality no better than any other company of this nature. I work in ******************* and deal with vendors throughout the eastern region of ***************** on a daily basis. Unique Home Solutions is HANDS DOWN The worst customer experience I have ever witnessed in my life of nearly 50 years. Do yourself a favor, and say an emphatic NO! to the ********* salesman and save your stress level and heart health. They SUCK!!!!!Review from Michael S

I could literally write a book about the experiences I've had with this company. Years ago I decided to hire them to replace the windows in my house and the rear sliding door. Once you get past the sticker shock of the absurd prices they charge the products they carry are mediocre at best & honestly no better than what you can buy at your local hardware store. What sold me was the lifetime warranty. This department is a joke as well. I've had multiple calls over the years with issues. The most recent has been my sliding glass door. I'm now on ********************************* the issue and it is still not fixed correctly. I've now gotten to the point that I can't even get a return phone call. Don't even try asking for someone in a supervisory role. You won't get anyone. I've tried multiple ways and still haven't figured out how to reach someone that's actually running this circus. They don't do right by their customers at all. Please if you have heard anything I've said at this point please turn around & run. This is not the company you want to give your hard earned money too!Review from Clc

They did a beautiful job on the new gutters added to our new porch. They managed to locate the downspouts in a way that they are virtually hidden, so all you can see is the new porch!Review from Larry E

I contacted what appeared to be a local business for a small repair quote and they sold my info to "Unique home solutions", who have been calling from early morning to late night for home remodeling. I explained I don't need a remodel just a repair to a chip in my bathtub which they do not do. Calls have been persisting several times a day, so I finally started blocking the numbers. I've blocked 14 numbers so far and counting. I have the history and time stamps but this site will not permit me to post. This is simple harassment because I refused their services as nobody would agree after 20 plus calls!Review from George K

I don't know where you got your 4.5 stars from but this company is on a campaign They call me constantly using different cell phone numbers. You should read the ****** reviews if you want an honest opinion of what this company is all about. This was my first renovation in my first home and admittedly I was wary of contractors taking advantage of my inexperience. Thankfully Unique Home Solutions didn't try to pressure me into anything. They answered my questions, gave me a quote, and suggested other questions to ask the other companies I was getting quotes from. After I had multiple quotes no one was able to match the quality of work for the price and I appreciated not being called daily to pressure me into signing. It was a no-brainer to go with Unique Home Solutions and after all the work was done I can confidently say I would recommend them to anyone.Review from Crites Dianne

I was very pleased with everything. They were early the day they said theyd be here to start the project. They explained every step and answered all my questions. They left the area very clean. The company contacted me to see how I felt about the whole process and I told them I was very happy, no more leaky gutters.Review from Kat G.

Love our windows! Guys were great installing them. Only took 2 days for 17 windows. They were efficient, polite, and nice to have around. Did a great job and cleaned up quite well. The windows are wonderful.Review from Christopher R.

I have been using this company for over 15 years and their work is impeccable. The Workers respect your property inside and out. They only use materials that are a high-quality that will last a lifetime. I have referred Unique Home Solutions to many friends And they have loved the work that they did on their homes. I will hire them again and again because I never have to worry about the work or the products that they use because I know they are the highest of quality you can buy.
