    I went to go and collect my property and was put inside a box which was fine. I did NOT receive ALL of my property. I called them and they told to call another business thay currently has it. After 2 days of calling with no response I go to physically location. They told me to get a release from the bank which I did. I later get a call 2 hours later and told me Lenders was responsible for all property which means what I didnt get YOU KEPT! For what?? Why was my money gone? Why was other things that you considered NOT VALUABLE not put inside the box?

    I have viewed the account and the pictures on file. There was not a wallet nor any monies other than coins, which were in the box of personal property. If you have a detailed list of items you claim are missing we can investigate. Our process is pretty straight forward. We secure all items found inside of the vehicle inside of a sealed box, it is then stored in a secure space with security cameras. I can assure you that if there was not a hold harmless on the vehicle, every piece of property is sealed and stored. I know that in these instances it is pretty easy to forget what items you have inside of your vehicle. This is why we take pictures and document what we find.     The driver refused to allow me to get my personal belongings out of vehicle and surrender keys, furthermore the driver drove through my yard and over too a $15,000 finger field for my septicwhos gonna pay for that?

    Lenders Recovery picked up my car on 6/15/23, I took them the key no issue from me whatsoever. I called my finance company paid my bill then went to get my car about 5 hours later that same day. I signed the release papers and then had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring my car. As I got on the road I noticed I only had 25miles of gas til empty in my car which is crazy since I put $30 in the night before (which I have receipt for) so someone drove my car in the 5 hours they had it. I went ahead and put more gas in and drove home anyways. The next day I drove to work (8miles) and on the way back my turbos and engine were blown driving 45 mph. So for nothing to be wrong beforehand and to be out of gas and blown motor within 24hours after, whoever the employee is that took my car for a joy ride blew my turbos and engine. This is completely unethical, immoral, and horrible business practice. Just because a car is repossessed does not mean you should go out and joyride to see how much the turbos can take before they blow. This company needs to be held accountable for the damages and distress they caused me and my family as well as damages and distress that they have caused and will cause other struggling families. They need to either pay to fix my car, replace my car, or pay the last bit of the loan on the car so I can replace my car. I have 5 kids one of which is constantly in and out of the hospital and doctors offices we can not afford to be out a vehicle due to negligence of this company.

    This company, Lenders Recovery took my vehicle based on false pretenses as an agent of ********************* on 5/10/2022. They were informed that Bridgecrest had no interest in my vehicle but they took it anyway. They were informed on 5/11/2022 to return my vehicle that was taken unlawfully but failed to do so.This had disabled my businss, health and welfare as a result. They refuse to give it back to me.
