    Ordered a pair of shoes. Sent the wrong size shoe inside the right size box. Printed and applied label. Called for pickup. Shoes stolen from the porch and now I'm out of money and out of shoes. Finish line basically told me too bad. Don't buy from finish line unless you want random sized shoes and horrible customer service

    I ordered my daughter a pair of sneakers for Christmas and they Christmas Eve so I had to hurry and wrap them and to our disappointment when she opened them on Christmas they were two different sizes and we had family pictures the next day . I called and they told me it would be 4-6 days to even replace them after I drop them off to a store or at a *****. I explained to them that I had to cancel pictures and couldnt get a refund for my pictures because it was canceled too late and now I have to pay money to urber to the mall . They told me that they dont do any accommodations because I am not a member. I explained to them that is not fair because I am a customer and should be treated just as they would treat their members . I am very disappointed and my daughter face from the disappointment on Christmas will always play in mind . I am very disappointed in their customer service and when I asked for a supervisor she told me the supervisor will tell me the same thing .

    ****************. My order never came because it was never shipped. The replacement order that was said to have 2 day shipping hasn't came a week later. When you try to track your order with the virtual assistant it just lies to you and tells you the order has shipped! I don't think my daughter will even get her shoes for Christmas. Complete garbage for a company.

    Worst company, I bought a pair of ****************. Received notification that delivered to mailbox but did not receive it. I contacted them 5x, 2x they said they will replace the item and they said they made an investigation and denied my claim and advised me to search and knock on my neighbors if they have my order, I ask my community but negative results. I then contact *** and advised me to call finish line because this is between the *** and sender but according to Finish line they just sent my claim. Bad company.dont order or buy from Finish line or JD sport,

    I would never place another order with them ever! Worst customer service in history! I ordered $400 worth of shoes. I received my order in three different shipments. In one shipment I only received one shoe instead of the pair I ordered. So I called to see if I could receive the order I placed. Basically, as the customer you have to print out the return label at home bring it to a fed ex store to return it. Then it takes about three days for finish line to receive it. Another day to two to process it and send out the replacement. The new replacement cannot be processed until the return is received and processed. By the time it is processed they may be out of what was originally ordered. If they are not the customer will receive the replacement in about two days after processing. For me, this timeline was not feasible, especially considering they may be out of the original product and this was a gift. Ultimately I requested a refund and ordered from else where with better service asap. If this was ******, the customer would keep the order and a replacement is processed asap!Not only did packaging not do their job (check the order to ensure its correct, in my case the package slip was placed directly on top of the one shoe ???????) but customer service is awful and not helpful at all!! Go elsewhere for your order! Customers should be treated better than this. Refund was never issues

    Do NOT order anything from them!! I ordered 2 packages of socks. One arrived with socks missing. I contacted them right away and they issued a replacement order. When I went to go track it, it says cancelled. I contacted them about it and they indicated that it would **** * days for them to process my replacement request and additional days to ship!! RIDICULOUS. Worst customer service. If you make a mistake you need to be prompt at fixing it!!

    Zero stars.... I have been waiting for 2.months for a return that I was told is coming. I have clearly returned the shoe from Finishline, the tracking number shows it was signed for and u emailed me that it was received and money is being processed. I've called 5 times and I placed on hold and hung up on afterwards while on hold. I need my refund as the shoe was never worn and was returned in days as it's too big which I pit in the description. This must be a scam because why have I spoken to so many persons and u seemed that the shoe was returned but I can't get a refund. U owe me $107.00 for the ****** samba which u received back on *****. 2024 signed by *. ***** and I have the email confirmation!!!!

    Horrible ***************** I am unsure of how they maintain a A+ BBB rating after over 111 customer review's being 1 STAR. I had a complaint open, and they refused to help or provide a refund. They fabricated evidence and sent to my credit card company to cover their tracks of not originally shipping the item. They then tried to reship to 'help' but because it was to arrive too late, and I asked for a refund, my account was labeled as "DNR/DNS' - do not refund/do not ship. When asked about this, they never addressed it. Reached out to BBB - associate said same thing, that they could not do anything, but to contact the creditor. I contacted my creditor and FinishLine linked pictures of one item being delivered as images of the other items being delivered. Truly appalling.

    I was given 2 pairs of **** Vapor Max *** shoes for my birthday last year was told by the employees that if something happened all I had to was return them in the original box. I was also told that finish line and **** both had a lifetime warranty on there shoes. Wrong they gave me false information and said they don't do that it's against finish line policy and **** so I am basically walking in a off brand shoe that makes my feet hurt

    Only got one star because zero wasn't an option!!!!Worse experience ever!! I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for my child returning back to school. I pair arrived with only 1 SHOE IN THE BOX!! I spent 3 days on the phone with their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE each time being told a different story. Each person intentionally lying to me I guess just to get me off the phone!! Finally after the 4th call (me furious) because still no replacement status. I was told I have to go to ***** and return the 1 shoe before anything could be done. They provided a shipping label and it still cost me for ***** to package the shoe. The fedex lady was even furious that this happened she wrote a review!! The only thing they could offer was a $20 give card...which I refused. I won't spend 20 cents at Finish Line ever again!!! Oh and *** still have not received the replacement pair. CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!
