    Placed an order for a table pad though Table Pad Store, P.O.Box 304, ******, ** *****, on July 1, 2023. The company charged our **** credit card the next day, for $253.00. Other than the charge on our **** credit card, we inquired by e-mail multiple times as to the status of our order. On July 20th we finally received an e-mail from the company stating " they received over 5 inches of rain in the past few days resulting in no power, water, phone, or internet. And, it's going to take A WHILE to get things fixed and resolved. So if you'd like to cancel your order we can go right ahead and do that. Let us know." We responded the same day, please cancel. On July 31, 2023, we received confirmation that we wish to cancel. They responded with " we have reached out to the Factory, and soon as we receive confirmation, that your order has been cancelled, we will let you know." Later the same day, we received an e-mail stating, "We have heard back from the factory and they have confirmed the cancellation of your order. Management has also been notified to process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for them to do so." When we originally ordered, the company name and address, was listed as " Table Pad Store, P.O. box 304, ******, ** *****. ** our correspondence, they referred the Table Pad Factory ***************** ****************************************************************************." When we looked up the address on on Better Business Page, under the same address, the company name is Berger's Table Pad Factory, Inc.We have e-mail multiple times, no response. Tried to call the phone number , left e-mails, no response. Could not contract anyone live. The last attempt with the Table Pad Store was September 1, 2023. Still waiting for a response.As per the order Code: TUA Order ID: *****

    We are not The Table Pad Store. We do sell wholesale to The Table Pad Store, We do not deal directly with their retail customers. We cannot answer for the customer service they received from The ********************** Pad Store.

    I placed an order November 14, 2022 had to pay in full for table tracing kit and pads. The kit took almost 10 days to arrive and that was after around 20 phone calls and promises of overnight delivery from the factory. We returned the tracing using the provided pre paid label the next day. November 21, 2022. Since that time, I have heard NOTHING from the factory regarding my order! I have been calling continuously for months! One person told me that BECAUSE I USED THE PREPAID label, that my tracing sat in a mailbox for 3 weeks waiting to be picked up! So. Here it is another 8+ weeks later and I have not received my prepaid custom made table pads NOR has the factory had the consideration to contact me back and inform me whether or not they are even fabricating the pads. I will definitely inform ******** (they recommended ********) that the service is either a scam or just plain mismanaged. At this stage of the game, I'll like my money back in full if this order is destined to appear at my house before the end of January. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We are both professionals in the arts and architecture world and order lots of custom made items. IF we every treated our customers like this, we would be out of business.

    The pads have been delivered. We did mail the customer the tracing kit a couple of times. We are sorry it took longer than she expected to receive. We do use business class prepaid return envelopes to return the tracing back to us. SOME times the post office waits until there is a lot of them before they deliver. We have contacted the post master with some success to get them delivered to us in a more timely manner. We apologize for the delay .

    Pads arrived miraculously one day after I filed a public complaint with BBB and on the factory website. However - ZERO customer service. No one ever called me back as promised. IF customer service had responded to my inquiries, and told me that there was a delay in production - I would not have felt like I was ripped off! I JUST got a voice from them today - January 27, 2023. I don't believe that the kit was sent several times - it arrived here once - never by ***** overnight as promised after many complaints. I'm happy that the product finally arrived, and the pads are indeed top quality. However, I would not recommend the company to anyone who expects customer service when buying merchandise.

    There was a bit of a mix up with my order, that it took quite a long time to receive, but its absolutely beautiful! Fits very well and is easy to clean. Also wonderful to take off the table to polish the wood on the table. Very, very happy with my purchase!

    My ****** table pads are beautiful! The wrong size was ordered and ***************************** made it Right! She even put a rush order on the pads in hope that I would get them before Christmas! I got them after Christmas but it was worth the wait! **************** is the best and the product is Great ! I ordered Opal leather tone top and brown ************* . Love the magnets because they really keep the pads in place !

    I ordered a pad for my piano in August, 2022. When I ordered it, I told the company I needed it by December 2, 2022. They said that would be fine, and I was charged almost $500 for the piano pad. I have not received the piano pad. Since I did not receive the piano pad in time for my party, I am seeking a refund. I have left two messages asking for a refund. I have received no return phone call, and no refund. When I placed the order, the company was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Unfortunately, however, they failed to deliver on their promise, and have not responded to my calls.

    CAN I GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR RATING? While I am very happy with my table pads, I also ordered 3 tablecloths, one of which was cut wrong. Instead of simply re-cutting the tablecloth and shipping it out, I sent 12 emails, made multiple phone calls, even made contact with the "person in charge," over a period of 5 months, all to no avail. Caleana, my contact person, claimed to have sent me a return label - never happened; she also claimed my cloth was "just a little short" because of the drape on my table - I have a square table, and they sent me a rectangle cloth, so it's not short due to the drape of my table; it's short because it was CUT WRONG! The most frustrating part of the whole experience was being ignored. No one would speak to me or return my calls. *******'s voice mail was always full, and when I left a message to be called back within 2 business days by a representative...yep...ghosted again! I finally did receive a "call back" AFTER contacting "*****" who conducted my table pad transaction. (I called him because I couldn't get a hold of anyone else.) His service with the table pads was much better, and he seemed supportive; although, I was promised expedited delivery on those table pads, and that never happened. ***** generated an email, thus putting me in charge with the manager (which seemed to have generated the "automated call back"), but communication continued as poorly as before once that original contact was made. I'm never going to receive a tablecloth that fits my table; and clearly, I'm not going to receive a refund, so I guess it just cost me a couple of hundred dollars to write this review. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES WITH THIS COMPANY! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY, WASTE YOUR TIME, OR BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF FROM ******** TABLE PAD FACTORY!

    We have reviewed the issue the customer is having with the black *************************. Caleana our customer service rep was new at the time and dropped the ball on this remake. I assure you that the remake has been submitted and the customer will have the right ************************* in a week. We apologize for the delay.

    **** and Caleana were responsive and great to work with! I gave them our measurments and the pads were spot on. Very good quality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great product with reliable customer service.....

    **************** is non existent!!!! They kept calling my HOME phone and not my cell! They got the measurements of my LEAF! And sent me the size of half my table THREE times! Then they told me my measurements were WRONG!!! Everyone knows a LEAF is smaller than the Size of the table. However, I did tell them 18X27, and it should have been 18X38!!! But kept placing the order for the INCORRECT size of 27X38!!!! Which is half my table, NOT the LEAF!!!!! NOW, they are claiming that since I made the wrong measurements, I need to pay an ADDITIONAL $88 for a LEAF that I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!! I even sent pictures and measurements Of the wrong size, they are claiming they NEVER received!!!!! Nor did they call me to confirm the LEAF measurement!!!!! Stick a fork in me I AM DONE!!!!!!!!! And they called me to try to rectify the situation, but ON my HOME phone and NOT my CELL!!!! Hmmmmm.....

    The quality of the table pads is second to none. The measuring kit was easy to use. The pads arrived in the time frame expected. I would use this company again.
