To whom it may concern,
Ms. ***************************** did purchase a 2007 ****** Murano from us with ******* miles on February, 21st,2022 for $4749 plus taxes and fees. Please review the following, Bill of Sale, Buyers Guide, We owe form, and warranty declination sheets. ********************************* understood that she was buying a 15 year old rebuilt title vehicle (See signed Rebuilt disclosure statement)AS-IS.
********************************* also mentioned that after a month she had to junk the vehicle. According to public and CARFAX records she was not only driving the car, but also got into an accident nearly 7 months after purchasing. It seems that the vehicle had been driving, and another title showing transfer of title was not until 12/28/2023 which was nearly 1 year and 10 months later! The numbers dont add up and Indy Motors has nothing to offer ********************************* at this time. Indy Motors did all due diligence and disclosed all information prior to the sale.
We wish her the best of luck.Customer response

I bought a car from Indy motors, the agent who sold me the car I asked him if the car have some issues he told me no. The same day I found several problems with the car, I came back to the dealer and let them know the ** have problem, they said it because he hasnt hade gas, they put gas on it he keep doing the same noise. The driver side the shocks wasnt absorbed, I bring the car back to the dealer they said they gonna fix it, they gave it to me 3 or 4 days ago. After they gave me the car back when you make a turn with the car you hear a noise between the shock and the tire. Im 100% sure the car hade an accident. when you drive the car the steering goes on the left side he cannot stay straight up, if you tried to put it straight he gonna drive you to the right side. Its an ******. I returned the car to the dealer, I already let the bank know Ill not keep the car, to many issues in less than one months, I called Indy Motors, they let me know they will not give me back my down payment 4100$. The agent who sold the car to me since he sold the car *** never saw him in the office, I called him several times he never picked up the phone, I asked him if the car hade any accidents he said no, he didnt explained nothing about the car, the most important thing for him was sell the car. Below you gonna find all these videos what Im talking about. Thank you for your understanding.I got video I cant submit them cause the system dont give me accessBusiness response

********************* did purchase a 2017 ****** Sienna with ******* miles from our dealership on March 5th, 2024. The customer financed the vehicle through ****************** Services. The customer claimed that they had issued from the first day which is not true. ****************** Services does not fund a particular vehicle before doing a customer interview. I am sure if they were aware of any issues they would have made sure they got fixed prior to funding the loan.
Roughly 2 weeks after purchase, the customer did mention that the ** wasnt working or as cold as it should have been. We charged their freon at no charge to customer as well as replace front shocks and struts at no charge. This was nearly $1500 in service that we paid from our pocket in order to help our customer and do what is necessary to maintain a good relationship. Our kindness was taken advantage and customer began to argue that many other cosmetic and minor issue that are normal on a car with nearly 140k miles on it should be fixed. Please see all documentation that states that vehicle was sold AS IS and nothing promised. Three separate documents were signed by the customer and yet we still tried to help. The car is now titled, taxes paid, all other aftermarket products paid and customer is just demanding money back. We are more than happy to help the customer trade in the vehicle back into our dealership in order to get them a different vehicle.
We always try to diffuse these type of cases before they escalate into a situation like this, but unfortunately some customers will never be satisfied with any level of customer service. Our dealership has gone above and beyond to help ****, evening explaining that they will hurt their credit as if they do not make payments it will go into collections with the finance company. Thanks for taking the time to read our response.

To whom it may concern,
******************** did purchase a 2016 **** Fusion on May 5/27/23 and finance the vehicle with Ally Financial. After a week or so ****************** called in with some issues with her vehicle. We gladly told her to bring it in and we would inspect and fix the issue she was having even though she did not purchase any warranty. The issue was minor and was a fuel sensor but we did mention that this is the first step to see if it will fix the issue and that if the issue occurs again it will need to be taken further. We did not charge anything to Ms. ************* Please see the attached documents as ****************** declined any warranty and purchased the vehicle as is. After vehicle was picked up the issue did arise again later and we assured ****************** not to worry and we would take care of the issue. She pleaded with is to let her take a loaner vehicle which is against our corporate policy but we did sympathize with her. After more parts were purchased by us and more time and labor spent on her care where we did not charge the customer anything It is a bit disheartening that we are getting this complaint. Especially after the loaner car that was given as a courtesy got totaled when ****************** did not bring vehicle back after many attempts to contact her and tell her that her vehicle was ready for pick up. So now I have a complaint and a totaled loaner vehicle for going above and beyond what Indy Motors needed to do. I wish ****************** the best but do not wish to conduct business with her in the future.

Looked at a 2015 Audi A6 from Indy Motors on 10/13/2022. After test driving the Audi, I noticed a service light had popped up but it quickly went off before I could see what it said. I asked *******, my car salesman what the service light that popped up was, and he responded they just forgot to reset the oil change interval after changing the oil Later on I would come to find out that was a lie. I ended up purchasing the Audi on 10/14/2022 after I was assured by Indy Motors that the car was good to go. About two weeks later I was notified that the car needed a qt of oil added by a dashboard indicator, I immediately went to get an oil change and fluids checked at Car-X. Approximately a week later the engine light came on. I notified Indy Motors and they stated we really dont have time to look at cars after they are sold only before after seeing the frustrated look on my face ***** the finance guy told me they would be able to take a look at it the next day to identify the issue. Never heard back from them. Took it to the Audi dealership and they stated a radiator hose, timing cover, and engine hose were all cracked. It is apparent that this damage occurred before I bought the car because the problems I have been having with this car since week 1 are consistent with these root causes Audi found. I have also realized that the service light they forgot to reset was their way of covering up this cars issues. It is very disappointing that I was sold a car that is already going to cost **** dollars to repair within the first month of owning it. It is no doubt in my mind that they knew of these issues. Then to make it worse they tacked on a third party warranty for **** dollars that covers none of the repairs needed.Business response

****************** purchased a vehicle from Indy Motors on October 13th, 2022. We have reached out with ****************** in order for her to schedule an appointment for our shop to take a look at the issues she is stating. We have attached a third party receipt that we paid $2231.10 to have issues fixed on vehicle prior to sale. Indy Motors relies on third party inspections for our vehicles. Additionally the Buyers guide and also we owe forms are included in the attachment showing the vehicle was sold as -is It is an unfortunate situation that we are willing to help out by getting the vehicle repaired here at a much reduced price. We would like the customer to reach out to us.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am unsatisfied with this resolution that the business is trying to offer. Attached are texts from S, the finance guy employed at Indy Motors **** In these texts you can see where he acknowledges not contacting me after I expressed to Indy Motors my issues with the vehicle. So the issues would not get worse I took it to Audi to find the issues with the vehicle. ONLY AFTER I made a BBB complaint was I contacted again to resolve my issue. However, I had already given Audi the ok to proceed with services because I had not heard back from Indy Motors in weeks and I did not want the condition of the car to worsen. I contacted Audi as soon as S told me Indy Motors could fix it but due to Indy Motors lack of communication I wasnt able to halt the services in time. Also, as you can see that S offered me 400 dollars that they owners approved if I took down the BBB complaint FIRST. I responded I would only take it down AFTER receiving 500 dollars ( ended up paying **** for repairs after taxes). Then he responded that the only way to resolve this issue was to have Indy Motors repair it. However, I had already previously expressed to him that repairs were already in the works and could not be halted. Actually at this point repairs had already been done and paid for. I have blocked out the number except for the last 4 digits so that the company can verify that these texts indeed How much is the came from their employee. A better solution to this issue would be reimbursing me for the repairs. Also, it sounds like the third party inspection owes you an explanation or money if they did not find these issues that would be obvious if the vehicle was inspected.

Attached is the AS IS form, the WE OWE form, and an invoice where we paid for repairs as a curtesy to the customer to help. The customer refused to do routine maintenance to the vehicle after driving it to *****. She did not want to spend any money out of pocket. Again, we did a curtesy and paid $548.67 out of our pockets to try and resolve the issue and help but she didn't think that was enough since she had to spend her own money on the vehicle we sold her AS IS. She has a 3rd party warranty as well that we sold her she hasn't filed a claim with.
