I had my siding installed June of last year. This is the biggest regret of my life. I used them for windows about 8 years ago and it was an amazing experience, so I thought they were a decent company. When my siding was installed they refused to cover up the nail holes and there were white marks all over my siding. I tried for months to get them to come and do some touch up work but I was always told the painters were super busy and they were working into fitting me on their schedule. Fast forward to a year later, water started leaking through my ceiling in the living room. My ceiling ended up falling. I had a contractor come out and state the siding wasn't flush to the house in some places and water is leaking through. They came out and "fixed it" and halfway painted over the nails in the siding, but not the trim. I called back and spoke to them and they said well trim is usually not painted, it's just primed because people paint them. I informed them I ordered them painted. I call back the next day, and the phone number is out of service. So I have spent a ton of money on siding that is causing other issues in my house.

Wish I could put a minus in front of the star! They installed our windows with a lifetime guarantee, at that time they had a service ********* miles from ** which closed so now closest service is 200 miles away. They had to come out to do repairs several times and each time charged ** a LARGE trip fee. Some of repairs were not done properly which we had to end up fixing ourselves. I tried to call several times for more issues but had to leave messages after message with on return calls. When finally made contact was given the same info about a large trip fee which we agreed to pay but they never came. When called again we were told the business was sold since we had our windows installed so they refused to honor the warranty. What a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

We had Nusash install new windows in our home roughly 10 years ago with a lifetime warranty. One of our double hung windows needs the swing pins replaced since both have broken off. We called Nusash and they said they are have someone come that week and the repair man would call. Its been going on 4 weeks and we still have no heard anything yet the repair man. I have called several times only to be told that they are very busy and there is nothing they can do. Guessing a lifetime warranty doesnt mean much. If they cant get here to fix, at least send me the pins so I can replace myself

We had Nu-Sash put in for all of our 19 windows back in 2008. They have a lifetime warranty, so when we needed some panes replaced, we called. It cost $89 just to have the guy come out and check and measure.They sent me a quote a week later for the free glass and installation. The 1/2 day job install job was almost $1,000. I declined their labor and asked to just order the glass and I'd install or have installed. I was told that would void my warranty to which I replied it would not. Nothing in their warranty says I must use them for installation. In fact, their installers are contractors and not even Nu-Sash employees.I ordered the windows 3/10/22 and was told it would take 3-4 weeks. I called again 4/26/22 and was told they didn't realize that's what I wanted, even after being told by the owner that he would have his guy order them that same day. I asked for proof they have had been ordered. No such proof has been sent.Called and spoke to owner again on 6/14/22. He said they'd be there any day. I again asked for proof they'd actually been ordered. No proof has arrived. I called again, today, 6/24/22. Spoke to owner once again. He says they've been ordered but again would not provide any proof they had been ordered. Now says could take 4-5 months.Go somewhere else and buy windows, even if it costs a bit more. You'll be much happier in the long run.

I had to put 1 star in order to leave this review, but I say: Absolutely NO STARS!!!!! We had our windows installed by them in **** and were given a warranty telling us it was good for as long as we own the home. Within one year we started having troubles. One window cracked - another the crank out mechanism broke (which is broke again) - the large picture window we had installed by them started to sag. They did come out to fix those problems but did not fix them correctly and charged us a trip fee of over $150 - we had another company re-install the picture window - ******* - who did a great job. The other windows are now all fogged up inside to the point you cannot see through them clearly. I have been trying to get someone to come look at them for over 2 years now, but they just keep giving us the run-around. Today when I called, I am now being told yet another story: they just bought the business 10 years ago from the original NuSash so they are not responsible for prior installs or purchases and will not honor the warranty we received. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! I would be very leery of doing business with this place.
