I did extensive research before buying the Cloverlane mattress. The advanced memory foam technology really stood out to me. Unprofessional behavior I order their product 10 days ago received confirmation of order and I will receive product between May 11th-14th, it’s the weekend. I hadn’t heard from company so I called this morning only to hear no status and within seven days I should receive information! Company being professional should have contacted me on delay! Ask to speak to someone in management was told by rep that she, management could give no more information than what she stated and she could take my name and number. Then someone would contact me before end of day! Phone Rep is truly lacking customer service values! Incompetence never give someone answering companies phone to just say I don’t know! This company gets a fat F in business protocol! Company shouldn’t take any payments if they are not competent to live and operate as successful companies do business!Cloverlane Home Response

customer service is horrible. They tell you what you want to hear yet none of it is the truth. Everything with my purchase went wrong and there is extremely delayed help. Supervisor help in days delayed. Sales reps promise things that never happen. I am so sorry I purchased from this company, They cannot even get the delivery dates correct.
