    ***** and his crew helped take out a wall and install new can ceiling lights in our home. He and his crew did a great job and were friendly. Contracting work can be scary, but ***** (owner) does a great job following through on projects to make sure that he leaves a job with a customer satisfied.

    After paying half up front as down-payment last fall for a spring start, I was repeatedly put off with excuse after excuse with delays. I was told "you're next, you're next" all while watching completion and NEW starts of *other* projects on the company's ******** page. When I finally said I just wanted my money back, I was told "well we were about to get to you, you're next!" I chose my refund instead with the promise of dropping a check in the mail the next morning from 15 minutes away. Day after day, no check arrived and when I inquired via text, I was ghosted for days on end. I used a DIFFERENT phone and called to inquire the refund status and was assured he personally would come to my house and hand deliver my refund himself *today*. I rearranged plans to be home all day since I wasn't given a specific time. As evening approached, he sent a message asking if I would be home tomorrow to receive it instead. I explained that I changed my plans to accommodate him and he eventually sent someone else to drop off the check, which wasn't made out to me correctly, so now it's a trip to my bank out of town. Save yourself the frustration and shop around more before choosing this company wasting six months of your time.

    While I understand everybody is in a rush to get their projects done, you were advised upfront late spring before I could get to your job, spring ends June 1st it is middle of May.  I did make contact and advise I was going to try and get you next.  The jobs you seen completed were drywall jobs.  I cannot send a drywaller to install your floor.  Jobs that you seen start were jobs that we slipped in for 1 day because of rain.  You had an entire *****************.  I would never slip in on a job that would take a week and tear out and replace.  When you contacted me I advised one of our guys was involved in a bad wreck and it put me behind.  I had previously advised you that I had purchased your tile flooring.  When you called I advised I would be there next week.  You advised you just wanted your money back which I agreed even tho we were in contract, I gave you a full refund even tho I had purchased some of your materials already.  I was trying to be more than care.  You state I wrote the check wrong.  I wrote it to **** and ***** which is who the contract was with.  Then you stated that you had to go out of town to cash it cause it was written wrong, then you contacted me stating I wrote you a bad check and I advised I definitely did not.  You advised you talked to customer service and they stated they would try and deposit again.  Later notifying me again stating it wasnt any good. I asked who at the bank did you talk to because we bank at the same bank.  You then stated I did it online.  Which is a complete contradiction to you stating on the review that you had to go out of town.  The bank stated my account was in good standing and you must be having problems online.  As far as dodging your text. I advised you I was not and was working through the day. When you called from a different number your caller Id said *************************** I knew who was calling.  That is why I answered the phone.  I advised you when I was done working for the day I would bring you the check.  That evening we were late getting off and I did ask if I could bring it in the morning due to passing your location on my way to the next job you said you would rather it be tonight, so I sealed it up in an envelope and sent it with an employee who passes your house on his way home.  I believe I went out of my way to accommodate you.  I am sorry that you didnt get your project as quickly as you would have liked.

    Dont waste your time with this contractor. If I could leave a no star review, I would!!! They charge high prices, and deliver poor quality. We had them remodel our bathroom down to the studs, and replace flooring through out our main floor and carpet up the stairs. Our work started in August 2020, and has YET to be completed. What has been completed already has cracks in the grout, along with a vanity top that is cracked. They left paint marks all over our new tiled shower, and our flooring has chips in different areas. The carpet up our stairs, well even worse. They didnt measure correctly and didnt even install the correct kind of carpet for stairs. We spent close to $30,000.00 for everything and feel completely dismissed and 100% taken advantage of by him. His crew member feel asleep TWICE on the job while working at our home. I placed a call to see when things would be completed, back in January 2021, and I have yet to hear back from him. Take from me, go somewhere else to have your work completed. What we thought would be an exciting, happy remodel turned into a complete nightmare with this company.

    My deepest apologies, sometimes issues can not be addressed when they are not known. I later found out about the employee falling asleep. He is no longer with the company. Our last communication was there was an area of vinyl plank flooring that needed replaced. I agreed to have the flooring replaced and was asked to hold off until after the holidays, for Christmas and New Years. The last correspondence with the customer was Dec. 21. Asking us to wait. I agreed to fix vinyl plank flooring. *************** stated that she would contact us for a good time to return and fix the floor. If I have missed her correspondence, I apologize and would be happy to fix the issue. The countertop that was ordered did have cracks in the finish, we ordered a new top and had *************** inspect the top before installing. After her approval we installed the new top. A couple of days later a small unpolished spot was located on the top and the manufacturer requested to make contact with *************** to rectify the issue and come to her home to repair the top. We deducted the cost of the top all together. During my walk thru, I didnt see any paint on the tile shower nor was I informed of any issue. I would have gladly taken care of this issue. I am still happy to rectify any issue that *************** may have! Again my apologies for any inconvenience caused to her.
