******** Sales of ******, ******* apparently does not do a very good inspection of the vehicles they have for sale on their lot. I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee 6 months ago and now the rear end is going out. This will be a $3500 to over $4000 repair cost. It seems that this vehicle will be a lawn ornament due to the financial impact of the repair cost, as I do not have this money to repair the vehicle. I want others to be aware of this issue and to be very cautious when buying an auto from TNT auto sales. As I know the vehicles are "as is" unless you buy the extended warranty, but this is ridiculous! I wouldn't have thought within the first 5 payments I would be having repairs like this.

TNT contacted me and are willing to have shop look at jeep and fix at a discount but does not want to replace rear end at no cost. ****** stated that since no warranty was bought he would not replace for no cost.

Customer bought the vehicle As-Is 6 months ago and was offered an extended warranty and denied the coverage. We reached out to the customer offering to help with pricing and labor on a repair to make it cheaper for her. The only solution she said she would accept is us paying for the entire repair which we denied to do.

I did not get to respond as I would have liked to TNT before the window closed. I would like to add that ****** had no interest in fixing Jeep and all he would refer to is how I should not bash his business. If TNT keeps selling vehicles that need concealed repairs there will be more and more complaints that he will have to deal with, and I am sure his business will feel the effect. I feel that I was taken to the cleaners by TNT auto sales and for them not to try and fix the issue with the Jeep is ridiculous.
