    Part of my home recently slide down due to cracking joists under bathroom. Nova was hired April 30- May 1st 2024 contractually to stabilize and lift back into place. The issue is they never lifted or discussed this with me per the clause in their contract relative to alternations/deviations requiring a written change order. Eighty percent of the materials that were guaranteed as specified in the contract, were never used nor replacements/changes ever discussed with me, despite my contacting HQ and crew lead on day 1 for this change order, and every morning they arrived on site. A two- day job, became a three- day job due to NOTHING being completed on day 1. The crew lead, *********************, mentioned at the end of the day 1, he had to talk with HQ about a different plan of action - on my dime. Nova does what it wants, jacks up the bill by replacing quoted materials with inferior materials and additional labor, sends you a bill, never contacts you when you want to discuss (3 times including once to an owner), then throws the ball in your court to see what you will do next.

    I hired them to repair my crawlspace.They broke a water line and left it, it was so broke it impacted the water pressure of the house. I had to go to the hardware store and buy the necessary parts to cap the leak so that my household water pressure would return to normal. then they bought a new sill c*** and replaced my old one. That wasn't even a problem. They left it unconnected so I then had to buy more pex and fittings to reconnect the sill clock. Then they broke my water line to my fridge and I had to buy a new water line. I found the leak when there was a puddle in the middle of my kitchen. Finally, they left so many cigarette buts in my yard that my mother in law didn't believe anyone when we said we weren't smoking at Easter. I feel like calling the police and asking them to write a littering ticket for every single but in the yard. They did not pay me for the parts i purchased. My labor to fix their mistakes or my labor to clean up their cigarette trash all over my yard.

    Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Even though we strive to keep a professional work environment, we have met with our production manager and our team to continue to improve our cleaning standards.
    And regarding the repair to any of the waterlines, NOVA agrees with the customer regarding their compensation for their time and material. At this time, NOVA has left a voicemail message with customer to offer compensation.
