This company has an F rating through BBB for a reason. The house I moved into was very dingy. It's funny because they left me this big long list of things to do on my move out, but none of it was completed when I moved in, so why should I do any of it? They want me to mow the yard, the yard was 2 feet tall when I moved in with trash everywhere in it. They want me to clean the windows and window seals? I can't even open up the windows because they were painted shut before I even moved in, let alone they were FILLED with debris on move in. They lied about the property having a washer and dryer hook up, only had a washer hook up. They also left us without a/c for a month and a half, during the hottest days of this year mind you. The only recently put in window units, and they only did that because they were showing the place to new tenants! So they don't even care about current renters! The place is a sham. They are very unprofessional, you should see the way they talk to their tenants! I have screen shots from my phone I would love to show anyone who's interested! I'd expect this behavior from a private landlord, but this is not the case, this is a local company! I can't believe they are able to treat their tenants the way I have been treated. Ask anyone around town, this place is a terrible spot to rent from. I hope people do research and look at reviews before doing business with this company, I wish I had before I moved in! On top of all of this there maintenance is very lackluster, and that's me being nice. Super incompetent property management. Stay away!
