She testified under oath that my appraisal was so high because it was well maintained and had new siding. She based her appraisal on lies and incorrect information. Turns out she never even stepped foot on the property but still testified how maintained the property was. Very unethical conduct.I would show photos of what she thinks well maintained is but it doesnt allow photos. I have concrete caving in on patio, deck needs repairs, holes in siding but she said its new siding. Concrete cracking on garage -no window its boarded up.

I deny all the allegations made by ******* ******. I was retained and paid by the county assessor's office. She was neither the client in this assignment nor the intended user of the appraisal report she is referring to. Ms. ****** has been posting negative comments as to me and my company on social media.Customer Response

It doesnt negate the fact she based the appraisal of my property on lies and incorrect information. It just proves she is willing to lie and do unethical things the client pays for.
