I have used Exterior Pro here in Madison Indiana in the past and they have always treated me with the best customer service and done hands-down exceptional work, so when it was time to get my roof replaced in my current house, I called them. Top knotch and speedy quote, Aaron and Yamileth(Jami) did an exceptional job to work with my insurance company start to finish and their crew was very courteous and swift to get the job done within a days time. A day! That was tearing shingles off, replacing some areas of wood needing replaced and doing all of the new! Their clean up afterwards was exceptional as well, the guys went so far as to pick up my fallen pears from my pear tree out front and put them in a pile so we wouldn’t trip on them. Definitely went above and beyond what was expected. The roof looks incredible!!! Very very happy! I went with a designer shingle-dark blue which Jami helped me to pick out (giving me a wide range of samples to take home and compare against my bedford stone house. It is a dimensional shingle good for 50 plus years. Living in Madison, Indiana, I would strongly recommend them to anyone I know as they always consider the customers needs to be top priority. Jami who does an excellent job through and through always has followed through with communication every step of the way and filled in any gaps of communication or steps that needed to be met with the insurance company (if you are having insurance assistance), past and now present. So glad I used them. Give them a call and you will not be disappointed. Side note: Aaron did an addition to my parents house years ago. His work there as well was exceptional work and it still looks beautiful. The other past time I used Exterior Pro was a repair on my first home after a tree fell on my power line and it was the same experience-swift repair with courteous customer service. So from 3 experiences, they have never let me or family down.

One or two years ago, the roof of our house was leaking in one room. I called Exterior Pro. Upon hearing that water was pouring into the house, someone came in the next day or two. We were so pleased with the service that my spouse hired them to reroof the garage of a house he owns. This summer, however, we have had repeated problems with Exterior Pro. The roof is leaking again in the same place that Exterior Pro fixed earlier. Exterior Pro has not responded to our repeated phone calls, emails (with photos of the damage), or visits to the office. Again today, as there is excessive rain in Madison, IN, water leaks through the roof, is collected in a pan, and runs along the floor. We are feeling desperate with the lack of concern by this company.

I recommend against the roofing liner Exterior Pro calls PVC. Exterior Pro lined a box gutter (an old fashioned kind of gutter built into the roof) on our old historic house with a product they call PVC, and which looks a lot like a rubber pool liner. This product failed twice in two years, causing major leaks that did damage to the wood framing and soffit and fascia below. On both occasions Exterior Pro sent someone out to fix the leak, but they assume no responsibility at all for the damage a huge leak can cause to the wooden frame and other structural elements of the house. So, basically, you pay to have this unattractive rubber pool liner installed on your roof, and when it fails they send someone out to patch it, but the costs in damage to the actual structure of the house when the Exterior Pro product fails are totally the customer´s problem. So if you do have your roof lined with this unattractive product, expect to spend a lot of time and money fixing your house when the product fails.
