    My name is ************************* and I have a Chrysler 200 that needed a radiator hose replaced so I took it to Jiffy Lube. They said that it was no problem to fix my car and that the radiator hose happens like that on the Chrysler 200. Jiffy Lube fixed my hose and I took it home but my car still wasnt right, so the next day I took it back to them and they said they would call when it was finished. Jiffy Lube had my car for an extra day and I still didnt hear anything back from them. So I went up to Jiffy Lube myself and my car was sitting in the parking lot like no one worked on it at all. A man spoke to me and told me when the diagnosis test was ran, a bunch of things popped up that was wrong, and that they didnt know what was wrong with my car but eventually my head gaskets would go out. They were looking at me like I done something wrong but I didnt. I left from there and took my car to a place called ******** and they charged me over $500 to fix it and then called me back a couple days later saying that my head gaskets needed replaced as well. I couldnt get it done because I didnt have the finances so I been having to drive around a messed up car. I contacted Jiffy Lube June 23rd and spoke to the manager about my car and he said that he would get back with his boss and that someone would contact me later on that day, or tomorrow but I didnt hear back from anyone. I called again June 27th and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. All of this has caused me problems financially with gas, my kids, and getting back and forth to work causing hardship for me. I need transportation to get back and forth from work and for my 3 kids and I also have receipts for everything I have paid for.
