    My girlfriend went to the Burger King in ************* ******* to get a meal. She ordered a Jr ******* Vaule meal. Upon placing her order, she was told to pull around without being told what the total was. Once at the second window, the drive thru employee took my girlfriends card for payment. She then handed the food out the window without saying thank you or acknowledging her as a customer. The employee also left the drink for the meal sitting inside the window and walked away. So the staff member was rude and didn't complete the order. I called the store to let the *** know what had happened and she basically could care less. She did say that I could come back to the store to get the drink or write my name down in a book. When I pointed out how rude the employee was to my girlfriend, she said sorry in a I don't care type of tone. I informed her that I would file a complaint with the cooperate office. She said okay. I then reached out to the cooperate office. Once completing the automation options, I was told to go to bk.com/support where there is a 24 hr support staff to chat with There was no one to discuss thematter with. I then went to the site and there wasn't a 24hr support chat. Something that could have easily been resolved by a simple phone call, is now being escalated to the BBB. I have provided a copy of the receipt with the complaint.
