    On july 2nd 2024 i dropped of my 2005 seadoo gtx for a performance issue. *old them the supercharger was over the hours and needed rebuilt. Finally on august 8 i get a call telling me the intercooler needed replaced that this was the cause of the performance issue. I said ok if thats the issue you found go ahead. On aug 15th i het a call telling me it was fixed and ready to go. Couldnt get there until the 17th to pick up. Picked it up and paid for the repair. *ook the seadoo to the lake only to find out they misdiagnosed it. *he exact same performance issue to the * is still there. *he supercharger is slipping and not building boost. I returned to rt sales the very next business day they were which was tuesday aug 20th. Employess at the business offered no apology but blamed me because i didnt want to pay *** extra $105 to have them take it to there lake to be sure they made the right repair. I told them thats. It my fault they didnt diagnose properly and that it still needed the supercharger rebuilt. Now we bet unti september with no communication from rt sales. I call on sept 4 ask for the owner ****. Expalin the situation to him. Seemed like he caused. But here we are now sept 13 th and no response from the business. I called the morning of sept 13th. Left a message asking for an update. No return call. Nothing at all. I paid well over $700 for a repair that they misdiagnosed. We are now into month 3 of them having the seadoo. Im at a loss on what to do at this point other then start here and hope look into legal action. Ive given them more then enough time to get this taken care of. If they had only done what I asked them to do in the beginning we wouldnt be at this point right now. *his is beyond ridiculous and Ive been way more reasonable then most people would be. I understand things happen. *his should top priority with them t this point. *he supercharger needs the repair done and completed properly at no additional charge or what I paid already

    ** ******* advised me of the situation and we did our best to reconcile the issue. The original complaint was for the supercharger to be rebuilt for regular maintenance and the machine would only do 40 mph. The supercharger is scheduled for regular maintenance in 100 hour intervals and ** ******** PWC was in the middle of that timeframe at approximately 250 hours and appeared to be working. Our technician tested the intercooler and it failed the procedure as laid out in the service manual. ** ******* contacted me and was extremely upset that the *** would still only go 40 mph. We agreed that RT Sales would rebuild the supercharger with ** ******* paying only for the parts involved plus tax ($457.96) and RT Sales covering the labor cost ($705.00). Due to time and location restraints we could only test the watercraft on a local pond. Our technician told me that the *** would do close to 50 at that time. ** picked up his watercraft on 09/14/2024.
