They wont do what you ask and will belittle you and disregard everything you say. I called and said I needed specific things done. I told them exactly what needed done. I bought a toilet that needed installed, I bought a new fridge that needed a new line put in, a gasket in my shower needed a new gasket. They said they could come out two days later, which was more than okay. Two guys come out to get the work done, I repeated what needed done. I also asked if they had time if they would flush my water heater, because my electric company told us to have this done. They said it was useless to do so. They went upstairs to install a toilet like I had asked. They were asked to fix/replace a gasket in my shower, instead of replacing it they used caulking. Did not make sure the shower k**** were in the correct position. They caulked over old caulking instead of taking it off. Said that we could do that ourselves later. I paid for them to do it, and they didnt. Why am I going to pay a professional to do it crappy, then pay even more to do it myself? Then I said I got a new fridge so I would like to replace the water line. They said not to use the braided line that Lowes said to use, I said its fine to use a different one. I said I wanted it changed because we have hard water and a lot of buildup. It wasnt done. I went upstairs to check on the shower and it is horrible. Like I mentioned above they caulked over the old caulking and did not make sure the k**** were in the correct position. I called them to talk about my experience and they said they would talk to the guys that came out and give me a call back. Now this was about 1pm, Never called back so I called them about 2pm the next day. They said they would charge me again for having to come out. Their guys did a crappy job, and didnt do what I had asked while they were here and Im having to be charged again for them to fix their mistakes. I even mentioned how I felt because Im a women they wouldnt listen to me
