  On 6/9/2020 I paid *************************** (Amish Metal Roofing) $6,880 for installation of a metal roof. The roof began leaking within 6 months. I messaged multiple times, and he said he would stop by but never did. It began to leak severely a few months later. I called and he finally agreed to come and look at it. He applied some caulk and said it should be good. A few months later and it started leaking again. I tried to get ahold of him, and his number did not work. I drove to the business (ended up being residence) and it was empty. The neighbor said he packed up and left a month or so before. I tried locating him through ********* I found his profile but was unable to get any new contact info. I posted on a public forum and found people that had had the same issues with Amish Metal Roofing. I also heard from a former employee that said he had screwed over a bunch of people in ********, also, just before closing up his business. I have had several companies look at it. Nearly all of them stated that it needed to be torn off and redone. I have paid 3 different contractors sums between $700-$1000 to attempt repairs, simply because I don't have the kind of cash that would be required to fund a new roof, much less than the hole in my ceiling. Please help. My wife and I are at **** end. We have a 5-year-old son, too.

  He did not give me ***************. When I asked about a warranty he said yes and to keep my receipt because that was my warranty.
