  I pay them good money they come when they feel the need to dump the trash that we pay weekly to be dumped they skipped a week then came and dumped 1 can only I pay for 2 to be dumped they gave a $6 credit for a missed week and thats it they wont pick up the phone respond to emails or anything they are Crooks

  I cancelled my contract with this trash pickup company on October 13th, 2022 and as of today, November 10th, 2022 they have still not removed their trash cans from my property. I have emailed and called them repeatedly. I have not received any written correspondence in return, only when calling and they rarely answer their phone. During those calls I always get the same story, we will get it in a couple days or we have a guy out picking them up now. They claim due to the price of fuel they cannot send someone to pick them up but have no solution to removing them from MY property, even though my neighbors still use their company and they have trash trucks come by at least once a week. Extremely poor customer service. When we said we would remove (dispose) of them they said they would then charge us for the cans. My property is not their storage facility for their trash cans.

  We have used BigB waste for a number of years for our weekly garbage pickup. They charge $80 quarterly for this service as well as a fee for an extra garbage container. We have paid through December 2022. They didn't pick our garbage up and when I called a man told me he had 2 drivers walk out and they were short staffed. When I asked when they would be picking our garbage up he said well whenever they get the chance he didn't know. No one came to collect the garbage. Another week went by, still no pickup. I called again and spoke with a woman. She said that she was told a truck would be out on Saturday. They did show up and collected 4 weeks worth of garbage. The next Thursday no pickup again. I called again and mentioned that surely they had hired drivers and was told yes but they needed training. Another week went by and no pickup. I called again and the same woman said she was told they would be by Saturday. Saturday came and went with no pickup. I have called every day this week to cancel our service with them and request a refund and they do not answer their phone. When you try and leave a voicemail message it says they have not setup the recording.
