            In may of 2023 i hired the company to replace my roof and fascia on my house. They replaced the roof but did notnreplace the fascia, they left the old damaged one on and got salenw all over it. I ha e tried multiple times to get this fixed and was told on several occasionally it would be fixed and it never happened. I have multiple messages from the company making promises to make it right. I gave continued to try to contact them and now i am getting no response. I just want my fascia repaired or a fair refund to get it done by someone else

            In may of 2023, I filed a claim on my insurance to replace a storm damaged roof and various other things. The work did not begin until September. Between May and Septembre, I attempted to reach the contractor on more occasions than one can keep track of. Every attempt was a failure. To this day, (December, 29th, 2023) the work is still not complete, and I’m still being ignored. This is my first step, the next step is contacting a lawyer.

            Mac Brothers roofing came to house for estimate August 12, 2022. October 22, 2022 contract was signed. Mac Brothers Roofing was paid $30,000 for the removal of current metal roof to be replaced with asphalt shingles, replacing guttering, and coating to be placed on additional structure. New asphalt shingle roof installed October 27, 2022. November 8, 2022 informed owner that the new roof had spots leaking. November 11, 2022 new gutters installed and homeowner asked again about spots leaking. November 27, 2022 homeowners informed owner that the leaking had gotten significantly worse. About 50 shop towels were stapled by homeowners to each leaking spot so they could be easily identified. December 1, 2022 owner power-washed additional structure to prepare for coating. December 8, 2022 discussed options with owner regarding the leaking and homeowners were told that the only thing that owner would pay for with the warranty is coating the shingles. December 17, 2022 water test completed and refund of $1380 given to homeowners. December 21, 2022 drip edge placed. January 8, 2023 homeowner asked owner to put a coating on the shingles. January 19, 2023 owner put coating on the shingles. January 25, 2023 owner informed that the roof over the porch continues to leak. January 26, 2023 homeowner asked owner if he would like to cancel the contract and give a refund for the work on the additional structure that was not completed. Owner agreed. Owner contacted January 30, February 7 and 15, 2023 regarding the cancel of the contract and refund. As of February 24, 2023 homeowner has not heard back from owner about signing paperwork to officially cancel the contract and provide a refund for the work that was not completed.
