I placed order ********** on 4/16/23. The product arrived timely and was the correct product but the change from the factory Carlisle tires to the same size tires from LMTS weren't compatible without hitting the anti-scalp wheels and deck on my mower. On 5/1 ,5/2, and 5/3 I attempted to contact the business via phone and was unable to speak directly to someone. On 5/3 a voicemail was left regarding exchanging or refunding the tires and ignored. On 5/3 I sent an e-mail to the customer service account regarding exchanging the tires. That e-mail was ignored. On 5/11 I forwarded the customer service e-mail to the sales e-mail suggested in their voicemail box. That e-mail was ignored. On 5/23 I left another voicemail. It was ignored. Fortunately I'm not out an exorbitant amount of money but I would caution anyone against ordering from LMTS as the support after the sale doesn't appear to exist.Business response

I placed an order 5/23/23 with LMTS for a full set of tires. I noticed right away on my order confirmation that the address which was auto populated had no house number listed on it, so I went to my account and the account address was correct, but the order address was not??? I tried calling SEVERAL times and sent emails to get this corrected before the order got shipped. I got not one response from anyone there for 48 hours, so I sent another email but this time with a "read/received" receipt and I got the received receipt back right away and the "read" receipt still has not come back! The domain on the received receipt came from "Hooiser Stamping", so I googled this business and called. Apparently LMTS is an entity of theirs. The lady I spoke with (********) was awesome! She got ahold of them and said she had this taken care and I should get a shipping confirmation.... well.. it never came!! I FINALLY get a response from these people and it was to cancel my order because FedEx lost the package !!! I asked it they could replace my order and over night it today for the inconvenience and NOTHING!!Business response

I purchased two rototiller tires with hubs, size 13 x 5-6 - 3/4" Axle, from this vendor through their website on 17 May 2023. I received the shipment on 22 May 2023, but was shipped the incorrect tires as they were for a 1" axle rather than 3/4". On the 22 May, I tried to contact the vendor using their contact me site, **************************************, explaining the situation. Additionally, I have tried calling the vendor sales number at ************ and ************ leaving messages also explaining the situation. Lastly, I've emailed the vendor at *****@lawnmowertirestore.com multiple times with images showing the incorrect product. In all of these methods, there has been zero response from the vendor. I am expecting to receive the product which I ordered.Business response

On 3/21/23 I ordered a set of two front wheels for my mower Order #*********** On 3-25-3 I received one of the two wheels from shipping. I was never given a shipping email or tracking number. Just and order confirmation. I’ve made several attempts to call the company and even left messages and an email with no response.Business response

It shipped on the 17th, and we can see an email with tracking was sent to you, but it may have went to your junk. I ordered some tires for my dad on the 8th of this mouth i got the order number and everything and they came in they said i would receive a email about the tracking number and i never received it, i had to call them a see when the tires was coming in and they 2 to 4 day and the next day the tires was delivered, but they don't fit my dad Lawnmower so i called and i got a hold of some body and they said would have to send a email to customer service about a return label and they would send it to my email, will i done sent four email about the return label and done called three times again and i have not got no response fromBusiness response

I bought a full set of tires from LawnMowerTireStore.com and have had a number of issues with this company. First of all, I never received a confirmation of the order and then all of a sudden three days later I got an email saying the order shipped. There was no tracking on the order, so I had no idea when it was coming. Once I received the wheels, I had reached out to them requesting information on greasing the rims, but never received a response. The wheels were delivered wrapped in thin plastic ties and thin pieces of cardboard, so the rims came bent. Unless the metal is cheap and they got dented along the way from manufacturing. Then, one of the tires popped and ripped off the rim after only using it a few times. The customer service for this company is non-existent. I emailed them and submitted forms through their "contact us" option on the site multiple times and have never heard back from them. These same wheels are available on Amazon, but I went through this company thinking I would have better customer service than through amazon...but I was wrong.Business response

I ordered 2 tires and rims for a riding lawn mower on August 28, 2022 at 10:28 PM. It is now Sept 1, 2022 and no information the product has been shipped and or any responses to the emails or calls made to their number. Their address is factious, I called the town of Newburgh in Indiana and this business does not exist in their town. I have never been faced with this situation before. Products have always been shipped within a a business day after ordering. It has been 4 days and not even a response to what is going on. I am requesting a refund because I have had to purchase tire and rims to get this machine going to cut the large amount of grass I have.Business response

Consumer Response Issue resolved but the business does misrepresent. There is not store and the address for this business does not exist. The town and address it in two different cities. They finally responded four days later, I thought I had been ripped off. I will not do business again with them
