Bought a new vehicle couple of months ago. At the time I purchased the additional tire warranty. a couple of months later I noticed the tire warning light. I returned to dealer and they inflated the low tire and did nothing else. They did not put it on the lift to inspect the tire. WhenI insisted they found a puncture and service department said it could not be patched and would replace the tire. With dealers attitude I wanted to return the lease car. When I talked to **** ******** at dealer he would not listen. He kept insisting that I was wanting to return the car because of faulty tire. WRONG! And he stated that the dealer should have repaired the tire. Why purchase the tire warranty then? This dealership and *** ******** needs to be educated on customer service. Buyer beware. They will take your money and give very little in return. Repeating this for *** ********---i WANTED TO RETURN MY LEASE CAR DUE TO THE DEALERSHIPS CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT BECAUSE OF PUNCTURED TIRE.

****,I understand what you are saying, and you are entitled to your comments and have done so through all digital channels over the past 6-weeks. When you first reached out to me, you demanded we return the vehicle because we offered to repair the tire vs full replacement. We followed the protocols of the aftermarket tire warranty you purchased. This was not an Ed Martin Toyota call, this was a Zurich call, as they are the administrators of the policy. There is no need to scrap a tire that has been punctured on the bottom of the tread as they can be patched. However, we did push ****** to get you a free tire replacement at no cost to you. When we initially spoke, I explained this and your issue was not me or my customer service skills, it was that my service advisor added air in the tires on the service drive. At the end of the day, your cause for the return has changed three times. 1) Because we added air initially, 2) Because we didnt offer you a replacement tire from the start, 3) Because of my lack of customer service skills.Any reason you choose, the answer is the same; no. You bought the vehicle, we titled the vehicle in your name, you drove the vehicle for 2500 miles, and there is no way for us to return a used vehicle nearly 6-weeks later with 2500 miles on it.I respect that you are entitled to your freedom of speech, and you have exercised that clearly many times now, but at this point, I would at least hope you to be honest and stop changing the story. I feel your comments are slander and I will exercise my rights to protect our enterprise from defamation as the law is defined.**** ******** General Manager Ed Martin Toyota

Ed ********************** Toyota is dirty and unethical. I worked on a sale with them for a week. i had told them I wanted to buy the ************ was ready to move forward. The guy I was working with said he would call me and it was a go. I am from **********. When I didnt hear from the guy, I called the sales manager *******. ******* told me there was somebody else coming in to look at the truck the next day and locals come first. So basically, he discriminated against me because I am from another state and refused to sell me the truck.

*****, Since the ***** supply chain issues started about three years ago, we have only been selling new vehicles to ******* residents. The reason is that we only get about half the vehicles we got pre-pandemic. This policy of keeping the vehicles local helps our local customer base from having to shop outside *******. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

On May 24th a 25 and 22 year old went into this BIG car dealership. Found a car that they wanted to trade in a car for. The 25 year old has excellent credit and was allowed to co-sign for the 22 year old. After looking at the purchase agreement it has the 25 year old listed as buyer and the 22 year old as co-buyerHeres the kicker... 25 year old DID NOT have a job at the time and the credit app has a company listed as employer that has never been a place of employment and has it down as 1 month at current job(no such job)!! The previous employer listed was a 2 month employment. So.per the credit app paper, there was 3 months of employment listed BUT only 2 months of that was accurate. They NEVER did a credit check!! Never pulled bank statements, proof of paystubs, etc.I do blame all 3 parties involved for lack of investigation however I REEALLLYYY blame the car dealership for taking advantage of 2 young adults buying their first car without all the proper knowledge. SOMEONE dropped the ball on this BIG TIME!! How in the **** does a finance company even approve such a purchase with lack of work history, etc?????? ALSO, freaking financed maintenance WTH???? Not my choice to even leave a 1-star however I couldn't leave it blank

******,Our policy is to only share info with the parties that did business with us. However, since no names were mentioned and I have no info to research this transaction. What I can tell you at a glance the issue of "buyer" vs "co-buyer" makes no difference on ownership status or liability to either party. It's 50/50 either way, I would assume they were switched so the bank would score off the better of the two FICO scores. As for the "1"-month credit app discrepancy, that makes sense because the value in ************** must be greater than "0" for the form to be submitted. In other words, you can put "0" for the form to submit, so you input the closest value. If you would like to discuss this in detail, I would be happy to set an apt with you and the client and pull the deal jacket and review any detail for you. Thanks, *************************, GM Ed Martin Toyota
